10JUL2018 – American Greatness Post of the Day – Not Your Father’s Supreme Court

Jesse Merriam (link below)  says Kavanaugh is the best pick for the Right because he thinks in terms of effects on regulal Americans.  Merriam says:

“As I wrote for Real Clear Politics last week, Kavanaugh was the right pick, because the other candidates, though strong conservatives, “have thin or questionable records on the defining issue of the 2016 election—whether American sovereignty, and the forgotten American worker, will once again play a critical role in our polity.”

Brett Kavanaugh was the only one of Trump’s candidates who has repeatedly interpreted American statutory and constitutional law against the background of our national sovereignty. In case after case, Judge Kavanaugh has sought to understand our immigration law, trade regulations, and constitutional guarantees in light of how they affect average Americans.”

I don’t know much about the surety of judicial rating systems so I hope he’s right.  We have been disappointed before.  But I’ll say for now I think we’ve gotten an upgrade from Kennedy.

He must be a suitable candidate for intent and rule of constitutional law interpretation, the left is loosing its hive mind. Though that’s an oxymoron and repeating myself at the same time.
Ol Trump knows where to drive a stake in the heart of the enemy. Its awesome how many instruments of power he is denying them. The defunding and expose of who and what the enemy is in plain common sense words.

The full pardon of the Hammonds. That’s huge in a mouse’s disguise.
Notices went out last week to property holders along the southern border concerning the Wall and its easements on private property.
The guy chewed the globalists a new asshole but good. Their hubris backfired on them in profound proportions.
    The Winning is mind blowing.
I think it will be existential to us as free Americans that it all begins with ourselves, that Mr. Trump is paving the way for us to pick up where he has made us opportunities to follow through on his work. More important than anything else we do so. What’s happening is something that only comes along once if at all in an age. If we fail on MAGA, then we are truly screwed, and its our own fault.

I was talking to a fellow who tends to be pessimistic. I told him the same thing you were saying. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Grab this tiger by the tail and hold on for dear life.
