Julie Kelly Has an opinion on Where the New Attorney General Will Move to Clean Up the DOJ

Let’s face it, inaction by the Trump Administration to clean up the nightmare in the Justice Department (Mueller, Rosenstein, FISA Courts and the whole FBI in general) has been a discouraging debacle.  But Julie Kelly lays out why she thinks that will now turn around with installation of William Barr as the AG.  Read it and see what you think.  It sounds good but two years of this nonsense has worn down my optimism.

Walls Are Closing in on the FBI—and Its Media Accomplices

Well, though the walls are closing, I still have my doubts that any of these deep-staters like Comey, Clabber, Brennan et al will be crushed by the walls. The latest report by John Solomon is that Bruce Ohr supposedly warned the DOJ that the Steele dossier was connected to Clinton and might be biased. Really? No kidding. And yet they used it anyway to get the FISA warrant. The whole thing wreaks of deep state and it, without doubt, is the biggest political scandal in our nations history. I still can’t, for the life of me, understand why Trump won’t declassify the documents that Congress has repeated asked for. What is he waiting for? This is serious business and not to be used as a political football. Every single one of these corrupt bastards all the way up to Obama should go to jail but I have little faith no matter who is put in charge.

Let’s hope at least we’ll know soon whether Barr is any good.

From one report I read, Schumer “emerged dissatisfied” after a one on one closed door with Barr. How could that be anything other than a plus ?

I’m always suspicious of these Washington types but if we can have any hope at all then it has to be that he’s picked someone good at this late date.
