The first stop was the area in Zion National Forest were trails near Kolob Canyons Road. We followed a noisy stream around the area. The individual photos can be enlarged by clicking on them although only the horizontal photos will look bigger.

It’s funny. The weather was extremely uncooperative (freezing rain and snow) for this old man to be camping in but the desert southwest is so appealing to me that I am actively trying to figure out how I can escape from New England and move to Utah permanently.
