That’s a really nice shot. I can guess some parameters, its either sunset or sunrise looking AWAY from the sun, Near full moon (can’t be astronomical full as sun ought to be set before Full moon gets that high in the sky). Basically infinite focus with VERY high (f11-f22) aperture setting. Can’t guess at the exposure time, but if I have to guess mid to low (say 1/100 to 1/30), much longer than that if there were any wind your grass and the foreground plant might have motion blur from wind (if any, dusk and dawn tend to be very… Read more »
My only info based on the photographer in question is he took it with his i-phone. He travels a lot and so his shots are opportunistic. The setting you describe sound pretty close to what that might be for an i-phone auto shot. It is an interesting composition. I can see why he captured it.
In Photoshop Raw, small increase “clarity”, ”texture” & “vibrance” and Topaz Denoise. Touch up, minor stuff, took maybe 90 seconds. I didn’t add any masks or layers, add or delete anything.

That’s why it’s nice to have a camera with you though I tend to default to purpose built cameras.
Hope you don’t mind but I took the liberty of cleaning it up a little.
Not at all. What processing functions did you use?

It did a great job.
