Shut Down the FBI

Say whatever you like, if the Hunter Biden laptop has elicited no action from the FBI in nine months then we are officially a banana republic.  There is no way to paper over or hedge on the fact that they are refusing to investigate obvious influence peddling and corruption at the highest levels.  What are we supposed to believe, that Hunter Biden is really James Bond investigating international crime by appearing to be a sexual degenerate crack addict and accepting bribes for his demented father?  If a Republican had a tiny fraction of the evidence against him that Biden does, he’d have been hauled into court months ago to the accompaniment of media headlines branding all conservatives criminals.

And we’re supposed to believe that the Democrat party would have allowed Joe Biden to accept the Democrat nomination for President with this information floating around the government for over nine months?  The only explanation I can come up with is that the FBI is so bought and sold that the Democrats didn’t even sweat for a minute that any of this would be allowed to surface or in any way endanger the candidacy of Creepy Uncle Joe.

Where the hell is Christopher Wray to explain this outrage?  Where the hell is his boss Bill Barr?  Doesn’t it seem perfectly clear that if there is a reasonable explanation for why Hunter Biden isn’t on trial that they should be providing it right about now?  Based on everything I’ve read and heard Wray should have been fired by Barr and replaced with Rudy Giuliani at least temporarily to begin the prosecution of the Biden crime family and to begin the long hard process of emptying out the FBI.

I know that fixing the FBI wouldn’t end the corruption in Washington.  The CIA, the NSA and the State Department are all rats’ nests of corruption and anti-American globalism.  But the FBI is the single most dangerous weapon that the Left uses against its enemies among the deplorables.  Their expertise at gaming the various laws and their connections to the corrupt leftist judges that they feed their cases to makes them a terrible weapon to have turned on anyone even among the rich and powerful, never mind private individuals without resources or connections.

I was saying before any of this broke out that as soon as the election confirms President Trump for another term, he must confront Bill Barr with the ultimatum of either prosecuting the Russiagate offenders immediately or resigning.  Now I think the day after the election he should fire Barr.  It’s obvious there is no equal justice to be had in Washington D.C.  General Flynn is railroaded for imaginary crimes that even the Justice Department admitted didn’t exist but actual criminals whose crimes are documented and outrageously illegal are not only ignored but their co-conspirators are among the highest elected officials in the land.  The CIA needs to be forced to uncover the off-shore accounts of the Bidens and all their criminal partners and this whole outrage needs to be punished in a way that will put the fear of God into every dirty politician in this country.  Russia and China are adversaries of the United States.  Accepting bribes and other payments from them is tantamount to treason.  Joe Biden is a dirty crook and instead of moving into the White House he should be moving into Leavenworth for the remainder of his unnatural life.

Aside from any considerations of who wins this election, the American people have to come to grips with the fact that equal treatment under the law has been proven to be an illusion.  The rich and powerful on the Left are protected by a praetorian guard that includes the FBI and other law enforcement agencies that protect the status quo and make sure that anyone who shouldn’t be in charge isn’t.  If we ever hope to become free men again, we will have to find a champion willing to pull the teeth of this awful monster and then put it down.  That’s what has to be done.

Can the President Eliminate the Deep State?

Three and a half years into President Trump’s first term as President it would be fair to say that the United States government is still controlled to a great extent by a managerial class that works constantly and relatively unimpeded against the interests of the President and the Americans that voted him into office.

In order for his second term to have any lasting effect on the direction that this nation is headed President Trump will have to purge the Deep State from the executive branch agencies they control.  Can such a thing be done?  Has it ever been done before?  The answer to the second question is yes.  In the olden times a change of administration was the occasion for a massive purge of patronage office holders.  And to an extent that is still the case.  The agency heads are all political appointees that come and go as the party in charge is changed.  But the bureaucracy that serves below these appointees are permanent employees of the federal government and have job security that is almost bullet proof.  So as far as purging the Deep State the answer is at best a qualified “sort of.”  The rank and file drones working in the State Department, the Justice Department and the rest of the agencies are natural born progressives.  They live to interfere in the lives of ordinary people and relish the opportunity to exert their bureaucratic power on useful people that fall under their purview.  Even if many of the worst laws are eliminated these people will still make life hell for whomever they meet.  So, let’s assume this to be the case.

Be that as it may, the Deep State can be weakened substantially and the effort to do it should be the focus of the President’s efforts in a second term.  First and foremost, the Justice Department and specifically the FBI needs to be emptied of the viper’s nest that currently run it.  And if Barr won’t do it then he has to go first.  Why is Christopher Wray still the Director of the FBI?  He has obstructed the investigations into the Russia hoax and he has done next to nothing to stop the current insurrection that has gripped cities across the country.  Bill Barr has publicly praised Wray.  He acts as if the agency is working correctly.  That is simply not true.

Barr has talked about getting to the bottom of the hoax but he and Durham haven’t achieved anything after more than a year.  This more than anything makes it clear that he is afraid to destroy the status quo.  All of this must be crystal clear to President Trump.  So, what is his plan?

What seems to me to be the only way forward is to put someone in charge of the Justice Department who knows how it works but isn’t beholden to the network inside of it.  I’m not sure I know who could be that man but maybe Rudy Giuliani is right for that job.  He seems to be a true ally of the President and he was a federal prosecutor back before he was Mayor of New York.  And I think he would relish the chance to clean out the Justice Department.  But if Rudy isn’t the right guy maybe he knows who is.  Either way it’s critical that the second term start off by cleaning house of all the remaining top and mid-level cabalists in all the important department that are still obstructing and undermining the President’s efforts to fix the federal government.

So, to go back to the title of the post, can the President eliminate the Deep State, the answer is I don’t know.  But the rest of the answer is that he’s going to have to do it if he is going to survive.  These people are his mortal enemies and they’ll have to be destroyed for his sake.  And if there is going to be anything that fixes this country short of rebellion then getting rid of the Deep State is job one.  Let’s pray he succeeds.

Finally One of the Cabal Admits Guilt

Sure he’s the smallest fish and the evidence against him was undeniable but finally one of these creeps is admitting guilt.

The headline at the Federalist is “Kevin Clinesmith, Corrupt FBI Attorney Who Falsified Carter Page FISA Warrant, Expected To Plead Guilty.”

Clinesmith was the attorney at the FBI who tampered with a document so that it looked like Carter Page had been in contact with Russian agents without US government sponsorship.  In fact he had been working for the CIA and the FBI while in contact.  This was used as evidence for a FISA Warrant.

Finally, finally, finally.  Alright Clinesmith, now rat out the rest of the vermin and things will really get interesting.

Will Durham Do Anything?

Less than a month left for Durham to take action on Russiagate before the 60-day election cutoff.  Apparently, there is a rule against an administration interfering in an election (the October surprise strategy) within that period so if Durham doesn’t want to run the risk of sending his report to President Biden, he will have to do it before Labor Day.  Here’s a link to an article that basically says he will release his report and includes a supposed expert opinion that says he’ll hand down indictments.

Well, I gave up on all this months ago but I will admit I’m curious to see what happens between now and Labor Day.  Even my short attention span can concentrate for that long.  But I’d be lying if I said my expectations are very high for something explosive.  I’m expecting a sort of dressing down by the teacher and a slap on the wrist for being sloppy and over eager and maybe someone loses his law license.

If anyone thinks differently, I’d love to hear an opinion and the basis for it.  Because this whole cabal is surely one of the most damning pieces of evidence to prove that the Deep State really does run things behind the scenes and can’t be touched.

Hey, Could Bill Barr Really be Going After These Rats?

You know there’s nothing more comforting for someone who’s been burned before than the cynical pose.  You can sit back and make fun of all the suckers and mugs who really believe that the game isn’t fixed.  Well, as I declared just a week ago or so I don’t think Bill Barr intends to prosecute any of the Deep State Cabalists that attacked the Trump presidency, not even the low-level losers like Strzok and Page.  So much time has gone by that I concluded he was just marking time and running out the clock in order to appear to be investigating the offense but really just protecting the status quo.

But it’s a funny thing.  The small progress that has resulted in the charges against General Flynn being tossed out of court has stirred up a hornet’s nest of outrage from all corner of the Swamp.  Even the capo di tutti capi of the Swamp, Barry Obama resurfaced to complain that freeing an innocent man was an unheard-of innovation that never could have happened in his day.  And his minions rallied more than 2,000 of the swamp creatures to sign off on a letter condemning Barr for daring to recognize an illegal FBI prosecution of Flynn and urging the judge to refuse to dismiss the case.  And the media has been flooded with articles about the flurry of activity by the Justice Department:

  • Declassified Evidence Undercuts Clapper’s Testimony to Congress
  • Durham Moving “Full-Throttle”
  • Trump Implies Obama Link on Flynn, Labels Controversy “Obamagate”
  • Ex-DOJ, FBI Officials Call on Barr to Resign for Dropping Flynn Charges

Could I be wrong about Barr?  Is there still hope he’ll get something done?  I’ll have to admit that the prospect of seeing the Cabal languishing in some super-max prison is so exciting that it almost makes me faint but I fear disappointment so much that I would do anything rather than go off that cliff again.  Let’s look over the prospects.  It’s possible that Barr will allow for the investigation to free the wrongly accused and even expose the Obama minions who persecuted them to censure in a report that details the false prosecutions.  He could do that without actually indicting a single soul.  This would be a kind of “trial in the papers” exercise.  And if done during the election cycle it could have a good effect on President Trump’s numbers.  That’s sort of what I was saying last week.  This is the weakest of the positive outcomes Barr could be working toward.

The next higher outcome is the scapegoat.  That is where DOJ latches onto a stooge like Strzok and blames the whole mess on him.  He’s painted as a rogue agent who exceeded his authority and in an excess of zeal committed crimes that no one else recognized.  And Strzok will be allowed to cop a plea where he’ll get a slap on the wrist and the whole thing will be buried in some bureaucratic teachable moment exercise.  This is also a not unlikely outcome.  Strzok probably won’t even lose his pension and he can write a book about what a hero he was for zealously guarding the country against Russians.

Beyond this are the really unlikely outcomes.  Even the lesser cases involve the indictment of characters like McCabe, Comey, Clapper and Brennan.  These men all lied under oath.  There are documents attesting to their complicity in illegal activities.  Dragging all of this out in public would reveal to the public a partisan and disloyal intelligence community working against a duly elected President of the United States and routinely using tactics that would seem more at home in the soviet KGB.  This exercise would have the maximum effect on the public and would reinforce the opinion that the Democrats, the Deep State and the Media conspired to lie to the American public about the whole Russia-gate scam.  Potentially such an investigation and the indictments could go up as high as Obama.  There is no limit to just how much dirt could be unearthed if rats like Comey think they might be going to prison and needed to turn state’s evidence.

And this latter outcome is the one I find so unlikely at this point.  The damage to the FBI and the CIA would be massive.  After they see how corrupt these agencies are the public may be willing to see them weakened or even eliminated.  But somebody like Barr is almost a father figure to the Department of Justice.  Helping to chloroform the FBI might seem like murdering his own kids.  And for that reason, I don’t think he’ll ever unleash a full investigation that puts the blame where it really belongs, at the top.  At best he’ll target Strzok or possibly McCabe.  But no higher.

Let’s assume I’m right.  But if Barr really does decide to expose the crooked prosecution of President Trump’s men it will still be enough justification for a far-reaching purge of the Justice Department and the other intelligence agencies and that will be a very useful change for the next four years.

So where does this leave me?  Well, really back where we started from.  I still don’t know that Barr is going to do much of anything.  Could all the noise we’re hearing just be a bunch of nothing?  Yes.  For all I know this is just the smokescreen that is supposed to convince us that something will happen.  I still think that’s the likeliest outcome.

But I do have to admit that Barr’s lieutenants have unearthed a lot of evidence to show that all of the usual suspects did an awful lot of lying around the time of the incoming administration.  That alone is a valuable result.  It shows that the Russia-gate scam was just that and the Cabal knew it all along.  Surely that makes Barr a little more useful than I gave him credit for last week.  Bill Barr, I guess I underestimated you at least a little bit.  We’ll soon see just how much.
