Netflix has been indicted on a criminal charge that alleges the streaming giant promotes \u201clewd visual material\u201d of a child.<\/a><\/p>\n

“The lawsuit centers on the release of the French film \u201cCuties\u201d that has been mired by controversy since its release last month.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Tyler County, Texas grand jury moved to return an indictment against Netflix on Sept. 23, Fox News confirmed on Tuesday via court documents.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The complaint alleges Netflix \u201cknowingly\u201d promoted visual material which \u201cdepicts the lewd exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of a clothed or partially clothed child who was younger than 18 years of age at the time the visual material was created, which appeals to the prurient interest in sex, and has no serious, literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.\u201d”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Perfect.\u00a0 I hope Netflix is sued out of existence.\u00a0 It would be poetic and actual justice.\u00a0 These are awful people who would be better off in prison for the rest of their lives.\u00a0 If our society has sunk this low then there is not much hope that it will survive.\u00a0 In fact, if we allow this sort of thing to happen then our society should be destroyed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
