Amid the Sturm und Drang of the last week or so everyone has been thrown into turmoil as the Left attempts to cast out President Trump and all of the fallen angels in his camp into the Outer Darkness where they hope there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.<\/p>\n
But sad to say for them, we are still here.<\/p>\n
In fact, I\u2019m having a remarkably good day.\u00a0 The sun is shining.\u00a0 My granddaughter spent a remarkably vigorous half hour jumping around on a gym mat and occasionally on my stomach while I read over the body count from the pogroms.\u00a0 My breakfast tasted just as good and Camera Girl was just as cantankerous as ever about my table manners.\u00a0 Sure, the popular culture I am surrounded by is just as dysfunctional and toxic as ever.\u00a0 Nancy Pelosi is winding up her impeachment machine in a foot race with the last week of the President\u2019s term and Democrat and Republican hypocrites are baying for the blood of anyone they can tie to the January 6th<\/sup> farce at the Capitol.<\/p>\n And yet, we\u2019re still here.<\/p>\n I intend to write my posts and write my stories and talk to my friends and raise my family the way that I see fit.\u00a0 They\u2019ll still have to go a long way to make this the Soviet Union.\u00a0 And now that they hold all the offices and pull all the strings they\u2019ll find that all the anger that will accrue when they torture us over COVID and allow the BLM thugs to attack people will be pointed directly at them.\u00a0 They will find out that when you unleash chaos it doesn\u2019t just break things you want it to.\u00a0 Some of that chaos finds its way back to you.<\/p>\n I find it kind of liberating to see everything out in the open.\u00a0 Everybody knows who is on their side and who is on ours.\u00a0 The masks are gone.\u00a0 Amazon and Facebook and Twitter and Apple and Google have shown their true face.\u00a0 They can quit the routine where they pretend they\u2019re just trying to earn a living.\u00a0 They hate us and now we can hate them right back.\u00a0 When someone finds a way to hurt them we don\u2019t have to make sympathetic noises about how sad it is.\u00a0 Driving them out of business is the most patriotic thing you can possibly do.\u00a0 When someone hacks Amazon one day soon and causes them a trillion dollars in losses we can laugh out loud.\u00a0 When Apple\u2019s next phone is an Edsel I\u2019ll cheer.\u00a0 When Twitter crashes and burns I\u2019ll declare a holiday.<\/p>\n And the endless call to build our own platforms is finally being answered.\u00a0 Gab has been alone in the wilderness for four years and now that everyone else has been shutdown they\u2019re overloaded with new customers.\u00a0 I checked out my page there and things are so bogged down by the new traffic that it\u2019ll take weeks for them to get the server space up and running to make it work right.\u00a0 If President Trump opens a page there Andrew Torba will probably have to charge admission just to keep up with the demand.\u00a0 And he should.\u00a0 What will need to happen is Gab or Parler will have to put the whole thing on a profitable basis.\u00a0 They\u2019ll charge everyone a couple of bucks a month and suddenly social media will be something worth being on.\u00a0 That will eliminate the bots and the losers and it will actually resemble an ocean of different communities.<\/p>\n And last of all, I\u2019m looking forward to the first BLM riot that ends with twenty or thirty Antifa clowns blown up.\u00a0 I figure eventually someone will set up a big old bomb and put it where the arsonists can accidentally set it off.\u00a0 Now that will be what I call poetic justice.\u00a0 I\u2019m imagining Dementia Joe and Cryin\u2019 Chuck making a call for unity and healing.\u00a0 I\u2019ll laugh myself asleep that night.<\/p>\n So here we are in Post-America, living under the occupation forces of Dementia Joe.\u00a0 The horror is only beginning and it will be pretty awful.<\/p>\n But we\u2019re still here and we\u2019ll make it work.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Amid the Sturm und Drang of the last week or so everyone has been thrown into turmoil as the Left attempts to cast out President<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_mi_skip_tracking":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_active":false,"_exactmetrics_sitenote_note":"","_exactmetrics_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[5,6],"tags":[2816,2847,2848],"class_list":["post-13164","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-current-events","category-trump","tag-post-america","tag-the-occupation","tag-were-still-here"],"yoast_head":"\n
