Let\u2019s take a look at the results.\u00a0 First of all, response to the poll was pretty high.\u00a0 Out of 160 readers we got 28 poll respondents.\u00a0 Which is 18%.\u00a0 But the percentage is probably higher because the 160 number probably contains some people returning to see how the numbers were turning out.\u00a0 But 20% is pretty high for one of these polls.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m going to start with an 80\/20 approach I\u2019ll look at any result higher than 80% as an overwhelming preponderance of sentiment.\u00a0 Anything below 20% is a very low support from the general population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Coming in at 96% everyone thinks Joe Biden will not last four years in office.\u00a0 Well, that seems like a safe bet.\u00a0 Three of the statements are that the Democrats will go after Freedom of religion, free speech and the right to bear arms.\u00a0 These go hand in hand and once again these things are clearly on their agenda.\u00a0 What this shows is that the people reading this site are well aware of what the current political alignment is going to do.\u00a0 And I agree on this.\u00a0 They intend to advance their agenda with the majority they have fraudulently assembled in the Senate.\u00a0 The next item is a general statement.\u00a0 \u201cThings Cannot Go On this Way.\u201d\u00a0 I think this one is important.\u00a0 Most people feel that the abnormality and the dysfunction of all the current status quo is intolerable and will cause a reaction.\u00a0 And that goes hand in hand with the final 80%+ statement, \u201cSome Red States Will Push Back Against Federal Assaults on Constitutional Rights.\u201d\u00a0 Most people feel that some of the states will not stand for the unconstitutional laws that the Democrats are going to write.\u00a0 Personally that is a comforting result.\u00a0 I am glad to know that my thinking is line with most conservatives.\u00a0 I\u2019d hate to think that everyone has already abandoned us to whatever laws the Democrats feel like writing.\u00a0 And with the current Democrat monopoly of power in Washington it will have to be the states that push back against these outrages.<\/p>\n

Only one statement had no takers.\u00a0 No one thought that any of the states would secede.\u00a0 Too bad.\u00a0 I think that\u2019s one we may need.\u00a0 But maybe it\u2019s too soon.<\/p>\n

All the other statements are the opposite of some of the statements that had the 80% approval.<\/p>\n

So these are the things people aren\u2019t sure about.\u00a0 Will the Supreme Court Defend the Constitution?\u00a0 Is it still possible to win a presidential election?\u00a0 Will the COVID farce ever end?\u00a0 If you look at the percentages as they stand it\u2019s two to one against the Supreme Court helping us.\u00a0 That seems about right to me.\u00a0 As far as the COVID and election questions those are dependent on whether we get fed up and so something about them.<\/p>\n

I wasn\u2019t sure what I\u2019d find with this poll but now it seems surprising in line with my own take on the whole thing.\u00a0 Well, all except that thumbs down on secession.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I figured it would be a little less lop-sided.\u00a0 But as I said maybe that\u2019s more a matter of a little more time passing.<\/p>\n
