As I sit here drinking a Coke that I bought at Walmart while typing on the laptop that I bought on Amazon using the data highway that I pay Spectrum to use I often wonder why corporate America craps all over me.\u00a0 And then I remember, Oh yeah, it\u2019s because I\u2019m a chump that just gives them my money and doesn\u2019t do anything to force them to care what I think. \u00a0\u00a0And that makes me one of at least a hundred million non-Leftists that gets kicked in the teeth hourly by the stooges that toady for our godlike elites.\u00a0 You might be wondering, \u201cWhat\u2019s his point?\u201d\u00a0 Well, follow me a little bit further along.<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s start with the heavy hitters.\u00a0 Amazon hates you.\u00a0 Not just a little, a lot.\u00a0 They\u2019ve even started refusing books based on their politics.\u00a0 And Amazon will sell almost anything else.\u00a0 And Amazon is at this point, half the retail economy of the planet.\u00a0 But, but, but.\u00a0 What can I do about that?\u00a0 Well, here\u2019s a thought.\u00a0 Look at the sellers on Amazon.\u00a0 Find out something about them.\u00a0 If you find a company that supplies a lot of things you like but doesn\u2019t celebrate their hatred of everything you stand for then start buying directly from them.\u00a0 Cut out the leftist middle-man.\u00a0 I buy all my camera gear from B&H Photo.\u00a0 The store was founded by a couple of Jewish guys in Manhattan.\u00a0 They\u2019re closed on Saturday.\u00a0 Are they Leftists?\u00a0 Maybe yes maybe no.\u00a0 Do they announce their possible leftism anywhere on their website or celebrate all the craziness that\u2019s all around them in New York City?\u00a0 Not that I can find.\u00a0 So, they get all my business.\u00a0 And over the course of 15-20 years that\u2019s actually into middle five figures.\u00a0 Could I have saved a few bucks on Amazon?\u00a0 Probably, but they hate me so why should I add to their power?<\/p>\n
And the same goes for whatever else I like.\u00a0 Used books is a no brainer.\u00a0 There are tons of used book sellers.\u00a0 Why go through Amazon?\u00a0 To save on the shipping?\u00a0 Meh.\u00a0 To get it overnight?\u00a0 Meh.<\/p>\n
How about Hardware?\u00a0 I could go to Walmart and get whatever I want there.\u00a0 But I go to the local hardware store.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 Well, the guy who owns the store is theoretically my neighbor.\u00a0 He pays his taxes in my town and sends his kids to the local school and I rub elbows with him at my grandson\u2019s baseball and basketball games.\u00a0 Am I losing some money?\u00a0 Definitely.\u00a0 But he can also give advice on a tool or on an alternate way of doing something.\u00a0 Is he a leftist?\u00a0 As it turns out he\u2019s not.\u00a0 He has a Trump sticker on his car as does my auto mechanic.<\/p>\n
And don\u2019t buy anything from Coke or Pepsi.\u00a0 They both suck.\u00a0 I have inside information on that.\u00a0 They are among the worst.<\/p>\n
Look at your neighborhood businesses.\u00a0 If they aren\u2019t big corporations and they don\u2019t have any rainbow coalition or BLM signs, banners or stickers in sight take that as at least a sign of respect for our half of the population.\u00a0 Get your coffee from a small shop or if that\u2019s impossible at least don\u2019t go to Starbuck\u2019s.<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t pay to watch Disney, or any of its subsidiaries like ESPN.\u00a0 Buy some of the classic Disney movies on DVD (used) and call it a day.\u00a0 Don\u2019t watch the NBA, NFL and at this point the MLB.\u00a0 Find a minor league park and bring your kids to that.\u00a0 If they take a knee during the anthem walk out and never come back after telling the management why.<\/p>\n
Find authors and websites that reflect your values and patronize them.\u00a0 Very, very carefully rate politicians and if you find one who is honest and actually conservative, spread the word.\u00a0 If you have the cash you could contribute to his campaign.<\/p>\n
But most importantly, educate yourself on who is on your side and who is not.\u00a0 And do something about it.\u00a0 Make a point of withholding your money from the Left and patronizing the Right.\u00a0 And socialize with people who believe what you do.\u00a0 And shun the Left.\u00a0 It actually has an effect.\u00a0 It may seem cruel but it\u2019s not wrong it\u2019s necessary.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
