It\u2019s been a busy week and that plays havoc with my various schedules.\u00a0 I\u2019ve of late drawn up a list of things I try to get done at various times of the day and week.\u00a0 C\u2019est la guerre.\u00a0 But all in all, things are still moving along.\u00a0 And my morale is reasonable.\u00a0 So onward and upward.<\/p>\n

I see that Dopey Joe has stepped in it with both feet with this document thing.\u00a0 Of course, he\u2019ll get the Democrat treatment so there won\u2019t be any consequences but it does make the hypocrisy of what they\u2019re trying to do to Trump even more egregious.\u00a0 Good.\u00a0 Hammering home all the corrupt aspects of the banana republic we now live in is probably the only useful function that the GOP and the small independent media can perform.<\/p>\n

I spent some time at a Selectman\u2019s Meeting and saw what an actual government is supposed to be working on; trying to find the money to pay for a new piece of fire fighting equipment to replace one that was end-of-life twenty-five years ago or finding money to pay for Emergency Medical Services that we lost through the incompetence of the state we live in.\u00a0 The people at this meeting weren\u2019t wearing three-piece suits or sipping lattes.\u00a0 They were in work boots and jeans.\u00a0 And they looked tired.\u00a0 They have real jobs but they work in the evenings keeping the town government going even though they\u2019d like to quit.\u00a0 But then it would be done by really terrible people.\u00a0 It\u2019s not fun being a red town in a blue state.\u00a0 Well, I got some inspiration at least.\u00a0 And I met some good people.\u00a0 They don\u2019t resemble the mythical First Selectman Cthulhu or the other hapless denizens of Dunwich but I can still use them as inspiration.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll have to think about the Biden humor pieces I started doing yesterday.\u00a0 It was brought up that\u2019s it\u2019s devilishly difficult to parody a president as awful as Dementia Joe.\u00a0 His lying is so epic that it\u2019s hard to see how I can outdo it.\u00a0 And he\u2019s so creepy in real life that even documenting it raises concerns over matters of good taste on a general audience website.\u00a0 So, I\u2019ll try to ensure that I create a product that is both entertaining and true to the spirit of our \u201cDear Leader.\u201d\u00a0 I will admit that I had a bit of fun writing it.\u00a0 Biden is such a hapless loser when he tries to justify himself that I can\u2019t help but laugh when I mock him.\u00a0 And there\u2019s so much fodder to work with.\u00a0 Anywhere you stick a shovel you hit paydirt.\u00a0 I could probably do a whole post just on his use of the term, malarkey.\u00a0 So, we\u2019ll see how it goes.<\/p>\n

Seeing how annoyed all the lefties were about the outcome in the House of Representatives I have to conclude that the whole thing was a net positive.\u00a0 Maybe Kevin McCarthy even learned something about dealing with free people.\u00a0 Now we\u2019ll have to see if any of the changes being instituted make a difference or whether the Republicans just roll over and obey Biden, Schumer and the vested interests who donate to their war chests.\u00a0 Still, I did think there was value in seeing a little real insurrection in the House.<\/p>\n

Well anyway, here\u2019s to the beginning of a good weekend.\u00a0 And hopefully I\u2019ll have more to show real soon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
