Depending on whether you add in all the minor weirdos to the mix, the LGBTQIA***** organized crime group takes up an inordinate amount of my time every time I have to say or write their name.\u00a0 Sure, it doesn\u2019t look like all that much but it\u2019s at least seven syllables and saying and writing that gobbledygook doesn\u2019t exactly coming trippingly to the tongue or thumb.<\/p>\n
It can be debated as to whether they have made up this goofy acronym just to be annoying or not.\u00a0 After all these aren\u2019t the most rational individuals.\u00a0 It\u2019s highly likely that their actions are almost random and the chances of anything they do not being annoying is probably very low.\u00a0 So, I won\u2019t go down that road.\u00a0 But intentional or accidental I\u2019m just tired of having to go through all the work of writing out that nonsense.<\/p>\n
So, what to call them?\u00a0 I could call them the weirdos but that isn\u2019t specific enough.\u00a0 I could call them the sexual weirdos.\u00a0 But that sounds a little too benign to describe a group that has caused so much mayhem and misery.\u00a0 I guess I could use the term sexual defectives.\u00a0 That signifies that the problem is inherent and isn\u2019t their fault.\u00a0 They\u2019re just broken from the start.\u00a0 That was their claim a decade or two ago.\u00a0 If I want to be less specific, I can call them sexual deviants.\u00a0 That leaves the question of their choice out of it.<\/p>\n
Are six syllables still too much?\u00a0 How about just deviants?\u00a0 Most of the time that would be enough.\u00a0 What other deviants are there that they could be mixed up with?\u00a0 We don\u2019t call drug addicts deviants typically.\u00a0 Plain old criminals aren\u2019t typically called deviants.\u00a0 Psychopaths and sociopaths have their own specific definitions.\u00a0 Unless I\u2019m missing something, it looks like the term is available.<\/p>\n
So that seems like a good fit.\u00a0 I\u2019ll call them sexual deviants maybe once in an article and drop back to just plain deviants in the rest of the references.\u00a0 Who knows how many man-hours I may save by this new designation?\u00a0 I predict I\u2019ll add years to my life by this little innovation.\u00a0 Maybe I should patent it or copyright it or something.\u00a0 I could come to be known as the man who eliminated the LGBTQIA.\u00a0 How cool would that be?<\/p>\n
So let me try this out for a while and see how it fits.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t differentiate the differences between the various fetishes that make up the deviant confederation.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t speak to the particular delusion that would drive someone to declare himself gender fluid.\u00a0 But maybe that\u2019s the beauty of it.\u00a0 I\u2019m not exactly interested in understanding the various quirks and kinks that define and explain all of these people.\u00a0 I just need a term that accurately designates them as a whole.\u00a0 I\u2019ll leave it to lawyers and doctors to understand them or define their relationship to the rest of the world.\u00a0 All I need is a way to stop worrying about memorizing another letter they\u2019ve added to their alphabet soup every time they think of a new way to torture their bodies and souls.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
