Trump\u2019s rally in Michigan got started about a half hour late but I still watched the first thirty, forty minutes.\u00a0 Boy, he was having fun.\u00a0 He reminisced about the Michigan rally he had on the night before the 2016 election.\u00a0 And he managed to re-use his Hillary chant of \u201clock her up\u201d as \u201clock them up\u201d for the Russia-gate crew.<\/p>\n
But what I was interested about was whether he was serious when he said that the conspirators must be held accountable.\u00a0 If he means he expects a prosecutor to indict them then I\u2019m very interested.\u00a0 That would be a quantum leap from what has always been Republican status quo.\u00a0 Remember when George W. Bush assigned a prosecutor over the Plame fake scandal.\u00a0 The prosecutor tortured Bush\u2019s associates for years and Bush never even gave forlorn Scooter Libby a pardon, merely commuted his sentence.<\/p>\n
If instead of meekly taking a beating President Trump turns the tables on the FBI it could be the chance to reform the intelligence agencies into what they are supposed to be, the servants of the people not our masters.\u00a0 Of course, that\u2019s almost a science fiction story but why shouldn\u2019t I hope?\u00a0 After all we\u2019ve never seen a man like Trump in the White House.\u00a0 Who\u2019s to say that he won\u2019t bust the whole dirty establishment to pieces just to get revenge on the creeps who tortured him for three years?<\/p>\n
Hey, that felt good!\u00a0 Anyway, it\u2019s good to hear President Trump happy again.\u00a0 Let\u2019s see if he can leverage the momentum, he\u2019s got from the Mueller capitulation to stampede these buffaloes off a cliff.\u00a0 I sincerely hope he will.\u00a0 But at least let\u2019s enjoy this week.\u00a0 It\u2019s a treat to see the progs suffering the vapors again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
