Now I just have to call and see whether or not they ship–I am very fond
of bison meat products. Have you placed an order with them? Was it worth it?

Neil, I was at a truck show around my area and these folks had a little pop-up storefront. The last time I had a bison meal was in Yellowstone a few years ago. Since I haven’t eaten at their shop I can’t vouch for their product. But I like their sign.
