Damselfly? It looks to be a US Navy design with the wings stowed up and out of the way. That way, you can get more damselflies per leaf or whatever compared to the US Air Force designed Dragonfly.

It does seem a more elegant design. But which one eats more mosquitoes? That’s the bottom line.
