Sharpness-resolution-focus! I think I can see the cellular structure.
What lens?
That’s the 90mm macro. It is quite good. If you look up near the top of the post for phot of the day there is a list of some attributes like camera, lens and subject info. You’ll find that 90% of the shots are with the macro. I use the 10mm Voigtlander for the wide angle stuff like a car show.
