May I ask the camera and lens details? I love stuff like this (and closeups of flowers and wildlife). I usually use a zoom lens (75-300mm) and set for aperture preference. Thing is I’m usually limited on the low side of aperture at F4- F5.6 and can’t get the nice fuzzy background. I presume this is a macro lens of some sort, I’ve just been too cheap to spring for a macro lens, even used economy ones are pricey.
I know it’s not very prominently placed but above the photos you’ll find some info on the camera, the lens and rudimentary subject data. This photo was taken on the Sony A7IV with the Sony 90mm f/2.8 macro lens. And the weird thing is that most of my photos are shot with this 90mm macro lens. Most photographers use either a zoom lens or a 28mm or 35mm or 50mm prime lens. I just keep the macro lens on and have to step farther back to get my shots.
