Those woodpeckers are quite large and distinctive.

I love woodpeckers. Have a pair in the woods near my home. Caught them giving a squirrel hades for getting near their nest. Those beaks are not to be trifled with.

Woodpeckers are a mixed matter in our house. Camera Girl has a suet feeder for them. But I have to put up shiny metal hangers to keep the woodpeckers away from the wood siding. Otherwise they peck holes in the house.
