I wonder if those houses ever sold? Maybe to a skateboard enthusiast.
Ya know, subdivisions aren’t just developed at random, there are engineers who do that sort of thing. I’ve done it myself. Usually, we’d notice things like a 20′ setback from the ROW and a 15′-20′ elevation difference. Stuff like a whole bunch of those contour thingies all crammed together is what the engineering trade calls a clue.
Talk about least favorite medical activity. Right up there with root canals.
Had a GP who once, during my yearly physical, had a young woman intern witness the entire event including the “cough” command. Not quite sure why the Dr picked me to humiliate.
Great Scot! What universe do these people live in? Unless that’s some kind of distorted lens I don’t think you could even pour concrete at that angle and have it stay in place.
