I can’t say that I was a huge Kenny Rogers fan but he did have that fast food chicken place that showed up in Seinfeld and of course everyone loves “The Gambler.” Rest in Peace, Kenny Rogers.

My favorite album of his was “Giedeon”, which he produced with Kim Carnes.
When each of these people slips away it’s another chip off of the structure of your memories. Another reminder that time marches on. I remember about fifteen years ago that show American Idol brought Kenny Rogers on the show and it was obvious that he had had a fairly radical face lift. Strange life those show business people live.
