Too many that overlap, or worse, contradict each other. The worst are the ones that are so complex no one can figure out what they actually say.
Very good point. Maybe this is the inevitable outcome of a bureaucracy. Intentional confusion.
Or, worse yet, so complicated that they can mean anything and then, when “enforced” by zealous ideologues, can do great damage.
I think that guy in Argentina has the right idea. Just eliminate whole departments in the administrative state. Let the chips fly as they may. Its’ no worse than what we have now.
