Does “Have done” mean quit?
Yes, I think so. I admit it’s not too uplifting but now that I’m an old codger I have to say I see his point. I look back on a number of times when knowing when to quit would have made my life better. Not saying I’ve really learned that lesson but I admit to its existence.
