Thanks for sharing. Max Boot was one of the biggest cheerleaders during the run up to the Iraq war, and he continued to advocate the futile policies that cost America blood and treasure for nothing more than a pipe dream. “Exporting Democracy by force.” That asinine statement is worth 1000 words on the utter stupidity of the Neoconservative political theory. It ignores culture, traditions, and history of regions where they have tried to implement it.*
*Just not said is that the democracy they enforce is only valid if the ‘correct’ people are duly elected.
The neocons are one of the most malevolent forces at work in the world. The misery they’ve unleashed is incalculable.
