Imagine if hundreds of thousands of soldiers had just refused to go back to the trenches and formed a united front to end the war there and then. What might the world look like today?
Just my emotional response to the idea of common people revolting against madness. Maybe some day we’ll find ourselves in a slightly similar situation if we all revolt against our masters in Washington and tell them we won’t dance to their tune anymore.
And there was the wolf truce between the Kaiser’s troops and the Russians during the same war.
