Never been to AM Natural History but the place looks to be dense with people and displays, the sort of situation that makes making good photo shots essentially impossible without wide angle lenses.
Do you have a tripod and have you ever done any HDR shots? I suspect that process would yield some impressive results.
This was a Sunday in early September so the museum was packed. I remember going there sometimes during the week in the winter and it was very empty. I use a tripod for macro shots. I know the concept of the HDR but never got any stitching software. I’ve seen some amazing effects using it though.
