I guess this was inevitable. Russian banks have been suspended from using Visa and MasterCard. So they’ve switched over to the Chinese UnionPay card system. The world is changing. It’s bigger than it used to be. The Americans did this to themselves when they made China into an industrial powerhouse. Now the West’s economic power is reduced. We’ll have to see how all this plays out in the coming months and years.
Maybe having a multipolar world will be better for the prospects of freedom in the United States. The world is changing.
