I wonder if the death penalty is the appropriate sentence for doctors involved in something like this. An eighteen year old is dead because doctors were willing to slice and dice him up in an insane attempt to turn part of his intestines into an absurd substitute for the female genital tract. While they were at it why didn’t they graft on California Condor wings so he could pretend to be an angel too.
When people look back on this someday they’ll identify this as the point at which our society became detached from reality and stepped off a cliff.
If this goes on I think I’ll volunteer for either the North Korean or the Chinese Uighur death camps. They’re a lot saner and probably more humane.

Most old justice revolved around “an eye for an eye”, like for like if you will. I wonder how that would scale into this situation? Losing some body parts and gaining others with a fatal outcome? That could get interesting.
These people play God quite a lot. I pity these kids who let people do this to them. They have to live (or die) with the consequences.
