Even in California I wouldn’t be surprised if this girl convinces a jury that she was the victim of medical malpractice. A minor being duped by the transgender propagandists and now mutilated by medical personnel who were paid for the work could be expected to garner a lot of sympathy from a jury.
Hopefully there will be more of this happening in the future.
I hope she wins, and I hope the doctors are sued into oblivion as well.

It is no longer possible to ignore the fact that these doctors and pharma companies are preying on the weak, the impressionable and those experiencing a crisis. By striking fast they are able to do irreparable damage and create a patient for life who will spend millions in surgeries and drugs until they die. Based on what I’ve read the female to male transitioning is the more dangerous and causes the greater misery for its victims. If one of these women wins a large financial settlement I think it will encourage a lot of the “satisfied” patients to come forward and tell their stories and reveal the truth of how awful the results of this frankensteinian medicine really is. If a class action suit goes forward it could bankrupt all of these doctors, hospitals and pharma companies.
