I’d say great minds think alike but I’m too incensed that he got the idea linked on Real Clear Politics. Oh well. We geniuses are never recognized within our own lifetimes. Well, there’s always my anti-gravity ray. Maybe that one will take off.
Oooo. I like this. And since Hamas has stated that the tunnels are not for civilians, the tunnels are a legitimate military target. Rules of war you know.
An additional benefit is that the deepest tunnels will fill first and that is likely where the leaders and infrastructure will be located.
The writer of the article is talking about a thousand gallons a minute. Much higher flow rates are available with industrial scale pumping systems. I’d say 20,000 or 30,000 gpm would be a reasonable rate at least when it first begins filling.
