IMHO – shut the FBI down. The rot is too deep. Save the crime lab and pink slip everyone else.
Take a page out of Clinton’s book and fire every lawyer in the DOJ. He did it. The press loved it. When the press gets upset at Trump, he just reminds them that they were OK when Bubba did it.
Add to that the intelligence services have to be cleaned out and focused back on external affairs. And find some way to keep them from running amuck again.
