Here’s a close-up of some of the cliff face. While we were there some climbers were ascending some of the cliff faces. They were dots that could barely be seen. I guess it takes all kinds.

Here’s the Virgin River that cut out this whole valley. Doesn’t seem like there’s enough there to dig anything out.

The middle of Zion is a small river running between two mountain walls. I liked how the tiny branches of the trees in the lower foreground looked with the walls behind them.

March 2018 Southwest Trip Photos – Kolob Canyons Road and Surrounding Environs
The first stop was the area in Zion National Forest were trails near Kolob Canyons Road. We followed a noisy stream around the area. The individual photos can be enlarged by clicking on them although only the horizontal photos will look bigger.
