Or, the normies realize that rule of law is dead. After watching rioters get away with Burn, Loot, Murder while it is called peaceful protest and real peaceful protestors get decades long sentences for years – coupled with blatant election fraud for 2 national elections in a row they will have to realize that.
Now what?
Now the normies can no longer ignore what has been true for years and they stop obeying the laws.
Nothing overt – they don’t want to be jailed for decades on the charge of parading – but small stuff. Little things that add up. This is how a society falls apart.

This could be one scenario, but the most likely will be a repeat of the 2021 rallying cry ” Greatest threat to our democracy everrrr” and a total blockade against judicial intervention orchestrated to make this the new normal, that is until the WEF implementation of AI predictive elections.
If this does happen the Constitution is revoked, and all bets are off. By getting away with this in 2016, but not cheating hard enough, and again in 2020, but being too obvious they will advocate for a peaceful solution. In 2020 the movie “The Hunt” was delayed in release because it directly displayed the elites content for Joe Normal, I predict the upcoming predictive movie “Civil War” will also be delayed lest it make people start to wonder.
Any remedy will leave approximately half of Americans feeling betrayed by their government, either because they are forced to accept alphabet Mafia training, DIE inclusive hiring, and give up their property to the replacement serfs, or the alphabet Mafia gets told welcome out of the closet, now stay away from the the children, judgment based on content of character rather than skin tones, and securing the border, with deportations of foreign nationals, and loss of welfare support for said imported replacements.
No one solution will create a unified country again, without an external threat to make us forget our petty first world issues. Forgive the rant, typing as stream of consciousness while the coffee soaks in.
I’ve Found the Leftist Pundit of the Week
PBS’s ‘Firing Line’ host Margaret Hoover does her best George Stephanopoulos impression trying to shame RINO Chris Sununu into saying he would vote for Biden over Trump. To his credit Sununu wasn’t cowardly enough to let her force him into that. She keeps pecking away at him to say that January 6th was such an abomination that Biden would be the only legitimate choice because of “our democracy.”
When she parrots the line about Trump weaponizing the Justice Department against his enemies Sununu amusingly mentions that some people say that the Democrats have already been doing just that. You can see the frustration in her AWFL face.
So as much as Sununu is a typical New England Republican, meaning a libertarian Democrat, he has the basic political survival instincts not to completely betray his own party on air.
If even Chris Sununu has the sense to see that Donald Trump is popular enough to get enough votes to become president then the Democrats must be feeling the heat in this campaign environment. I bet they force Joe Biden out. Some people say he won’t be pushed. But the FBI has all the evidence they could possibly need to expose the Biden Crime Family for what it is. Biden is not a courageous man. He’s a stooge. He’ll do what he’s told.
Poor Margaret Hoover. Even Chris Sununu has begun telling her that the Biden jig is up.
What Happens If 2024 is Rigged Too?
Suppose 2024 is a carbon copy of 2020. At 11:30 pm, with Donald Trump ahead by comfortable margins, the counting stops in Pennsylvania, Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia and after several days of slow-motion vote counting, Biden wins these states and the presidency.
This is the Dissident Right’s checkmate scenario; a permanent Democrat lock on the federal government. No matter how lousy the Left’s handling of the economy and the border and foreign affairs Republicans will be shut out of the White House and Congress and eventually through attrition the Supreme Court too. Checkmate.
The question to answer is what, if anything, will the Right do about it?
And here is another case of no one knows for sure. Could it all just go forward, not with a bang but a whimper? Certainly, it could. Maybe even, it’s likely it would. And that would seal the fate of the “constitutional republic” for at least a generation and maybe for good. So that’s the worst case. What else is there?
I think the best-case scenario is a Conservative Convention. I don’t mean a Republican convention. In fact, I would hope the attendees would studiously ignore their party affiliation and concentrate on their status as normal Americans. I think every state should select delegates and these men should open up negotiations on forming a Red State Council. This would be an organization to allow the Red States to coordinate, integrate and amplify the efforts of these states to neutralize the deleterious effects of the federal government and at the same time build alternative institutions both private and public to advance the interests and nurture the citizens they represent.
For the normal Americans trapped in the Blue States this Council would provide an indirect leadership. Commercial support by these Blue State inhabitants for any businesses fostered by the Council would be mutually beneficial for both consumers and corporations. And these refugees can benefit from such resources as conservative colleges where their children can get a sane education.
None of these things will happen easily or quickly, which is an even more important reason that they need to begin immediately after the futility of federal elections has been proven once and for all. It will only be by beginning the process of forging a separate identity that any sense of hope will appear. This identity should be based on a refusal to surrender our rights to freedom of speech, the right to bear arms, freedom of association, freedom of religion and the rest of the Bill of Rights. By choosing these rights as the basis for our identity we demonstrate that we are the direct successors of the American republic and therefore the legitimate heirs to its heritage. This will provide us with the basis for our efforts to form new institutions.
For instance, we should sponsor the creation of communication and media companies that will respect freedom of speech and the fourth amendment’s protection against unreasonable search and seizure:
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
We can’t have phone companies and e-mail services allowing the government to spy on Americans anymore. The only way this can be enforced is if the Red States enforce these restrictions themselves.
And the Red States will have to police illegal immigration themselves. Expelling the immigrants either back to their countries of origin or else to “sanctuary” blue states could be part of this policy.
And there are a thousand things from affirmative action to sexual deviancy that needs to be addressed by a conservative coalition. But the only way anything will be achieved is by making a start. Until we hear that such a gathering has been arranged, we live without hope of regaining our rights and freedoms. And the day that should begin is the day after the 2024 election is stolen.

Not to feel exasperated or defeated or despondent because your days aren’t packed with wise and moral actions. But to get back up when you fail, to celebrate behaving like a human—however imperfectly—and fully embrace the pursuit you’ve embarked on.

Ice Spikes
I’ve got guests this week and Camera Girl is killing the fatted calf and there will be much rejoicing. And there is not as much time for writing. But still enough. Today I’m in an upbeat mood. No doom and gloom today.
I went out and scraped some ice off the driveway and bought about five hundred pounds of tubesand (yes, that’s a real thing) and scratch it into the ice with a garden rake and voila! Traction. And I’ve been exposed to the joys of ice spikes and chains that can be attached to boots or shoes. With these wonder devices I can sneer at glass smooth ice fields. I feel like some kind of winter super hero. New vistas have opened up. Even the dogs; those canine klutzes, are now in awe of my agility and speed on ice fields. So yeah, I’ve fully adapted to winter and relish the next snowstorm. But just in time for my new attitude I read that warmer weather and rain is due by Wednesday. Bah.
Well, I listened to a bunch of lefty loons today. Eric Holder, Joy Reid, Claire McCaskill, Gretchen Whitmer, Rachel Maddow, Kamala Harris, James Carville, David Axelrod and on and on and on. And they’re all freaking out. Trump’s Hitler and he’s going to open concentration camps and he’s going to force women to wear those funny costumes from the Handmaid’s Tale and travel around the country in Air Force One groping them randomly and he’s going to paint the White House gold. And OUR DEMOCRACY!
Wonderful. It’s wonderful to see them running in circles trying to figure out how to make Nikki Haley the Republican nominee for president. And they can’t make up their minds whether Biden must get out of the race right now or that he must be the nominee but younger, smarter, faster and better than the doddering old doofus who keeps showing up at the White House podium announcing which airstrikes he’s approving against people whose name he can’t pronounce, never mind locate on a map.
Next Tuesday is the New Hampshire primary and presently it looks like Trump will win that too, even though so many Democrat ringers will be crossing the border from Massachusetts to vote that it might temporarily raise the IQ of Massachusetts by ten or twenty points. It’s said that if he beats her by fifteen points the nomination is more or less decided. And the prospect of this has Bill Kristol and the rest of the GOP establishment going crazier than the Democrats. The Bulwark and the Atlantic have called in suicide prevention professionals to coax most of their RINO pundits off the ledge.
Now does all this mean Trump is a shoo-in to win the November election? Oh, far from it. States are trying to ban Trump from the ballots and you know the absentee ballots are being printed up by fraud squads in all the precincts of Philadelphia, Atlanta, Detroit and various other Democrat strongholds across the swing states. There will be cheating on a scale that will make 2020 look fair and transparent. No, there’s every chance they’ll cheat us again.
But today I don’t care. I won’t borrow the trouble that’s due in ten months. Why should I? I’m just luxuriating in the agita and panic radiating off of these mental midgets. They’re honestly scared and that’s just fine by me. People do stupid things when they’re scared and that’s what we need. They need to say stupid things, which they are. That shows who they really are and that makes them look unhinged to moderates and independents. And that’s a good look for them going into this election season.
The second half of January is starting pretty well. Everyone’s healthy and working hard so what else can I ask for in this lunatic asylum called America? Our enemies are scared. We need to pay attention to our own affairs and stay alert to what is going on in the outside world. It’s a dangerous place and requires a lot of careful thought to navigate safely. Keep your balance and don’t slip on the ice.

Correcting the Civil Rights Acts
Chris Rufo has written what I think is an interesting article in the City Journal. It’s called, “A New Civil Rights Agenda:
The only hope for a diverse nation is a regime of colorblind equality.”
Rufo points to the Civil rights Act of 1964 and some of the later additions to it for our unfortunate situation. He claims that both Libertarians and the Dissident Right advocate solutions that he feels are unworkable.
“The question is what to do about it. Libertarians have long argued that the Civil Rights Act compromises core freedoms of speech and association to such a degree that only repealing the law can restore them. Another faction argues that the solution to minoritarian identity politics is majoritarian identity politics—that is, if the legal regime has become a racial spoils system, then Americans of European descent must develop “white racial consciousness” and fight for their share.”
Instead, he outlines three steps that he feels would eliminate reverse discrimination:
“First, reformers should outlaw affirmative action and racial preferences of any kind. … The next president should rescind Lyndon Johnson’s 1965 Executive Order 11246, which established “affirmative action” and marked the initial deviation from the standard of colorblind equality.
…
Second, reformers must eliminate the “disparate impact” provisions in the Civil Rights Act of 1991 and overturn Griggs v. Duke Power Co., both of which have entrenched the doctrine that disparate group outcomes are de facto evidence of racial discrimination.
…
Third, legislators should abolish the DEI bureaucracies in all American institutions, which openly discriminate against disfavored racial groups, impose ideological orthodoxies on American citizens, and restrict freedoms of speech and association. In addition, federal legislators should radically reduce the size of the federal departments of civil rights enforcement.”
I am not a politician or a lawyer but even an uninformed layman can see that those changes will require either control of both houses of Congress and the president or the Supreme Court to get involved in outlawing whole bureaus of the executive branch out of existence.
I’m not saying it can’t be done but I can understand why there might be a high degree of skepticism on the part of dissidents. Conservatives have been bamboozled by the Republican establishment into hoping for colorblind reform forever and it’s never happened.
But recently we had the Supreme Court strike down affirmative action in college admissions. If they decide to strike it down entirely then possibly all of the three actions that Rufo outlines might actually be covered under this decision. With a conservative president and the Supreme Court outlawing reverse discrimination we might see sixty years of injustice eliminated in short order.
Okay, enough happy, happy talk. Rufo’s thesis is that conservative government would be well within its rights to eliminate almost all of the most obnoxious components of today’s racial reverse discrimination policies. But what he describes would take a courageous Supreme Court and a conservative president willing to use his authority as head of the executive branch to bring the various agencies to heel.
Let’s just say that I completely understand the Dissident’s Right’s skepticism. And all this depends on a conservative president. Will we ever see another one of those? Stay tuned till November.
