St. Greta, Do You Really Want to be the Next Al Gore?
I think when the Climate Conference in Madrid became stalemated Greta had her hissy fit about putting all the climate criminals against the wall. But now that it’s collapsed she’s talking about taking a break. Makes sense. Without Obama in the White House Green Power is a dud. Chances of a Nobel Peace Prize seem slim.
But the real Nobel Peace Prize winner straightened it all out, “We have the solutions,” Gore boomed. “They are cheaper than fossil fuels.” Wind and solar are crossing the line of grid parity, he insisted—there would be no stopping them.”
But the article writer even though a greenie sees the light, “in Earth in the Balance, Gore described the internal-combustion engine as a deadlier threat to America than any military foe. Somehow, America has survived it, even with the SUV share of auto sales soaring from 27% to 48% in just nine years. The trend toward clean energy is unstoppable, Gore claimed, but we still need new policies to make it so. A contradiction? For sure.”
Impeachment Beseechment
I know that lots of folks on our side want to hold off the impeachment vote to give more Dems a chance to back away from it but not me. Please, get this side show over with. It’s just too boring. Nobody is being convinced of anything and it is taking up space that could be devoted to really important things like sexbots and UFOs. But most importantly it will allow Adam Schiff to get back to his true role in life, sitting in trees and picking fleas out of his fur. So come on Dems, please hurry up. I want to enjoy my Christmas vacation without having to see that face again.

Does that mean a Democrat who won a seat in 2018 in a red state in a district that Donald Trump won by thirty points may be a little nervous about voting for his impeachment. I guess they have to choose between pissing off Pelosi or being booted out of office by your constituents. Looking at those choices, changing parties looks like the winning move.

The numbers of individuals being prosecuted is small but if the consequences are broadcast it might prevent even worse abuses in the future when even small numbers will count.
The British People Rally for Their Freedom
For us on the Right, today is a great day. This is 2016 all over again. Boris and the Tories took districts in the north of England that have never voted for the Conservatives before. That is like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan voting for Donald Trump. The working class is coalescing around the opposition to our elitist masters. It happened in the Brexit vote, in Donald Trump’s victory and now again in the British General Election.
The people need champions and some perceptive men are stepping forward. Nigel Farage, Donald Trump and now Boris Johnson. The pattern is there and so far, we’re running the table. And we need to run the table. We’re barely ahead of the end game. These people have done so much damage that they’ve almost bled us dry. It’s going to take hard work and enormous luck to claw our way back. And America needs someone after Trump finishes his eight years to keep running the table.
But the deplorables are waking up and even the normies are starting to figure out that the people running the show want to get rid of them all together. That’s a start.
Well, enough of that. Boris will get his majority and it’s up to him to deliver a real and honest Brexit from the EU. And he has to do it soon or he’ll lose the mandate he’s been given. All these new MPs will only toe the line for as long as Boris has the public’s backing. So now he needs to be the leader he says he wants to be. He has to bully the EU into a good deal or he has to walk away with the No Deal Brexit. That much is clear. And finally, Boris can negotiate with Donald Trump to their mutual benefit. An Anglo-American trade deal would go a long way to helping Boris compensate for any losses from EU trade tariffs and without a doubt special access to the UK market would be another boost to the already booming American economy.
But tonight, I just want to bask in the glow of all those traitorous Tories who Boris booted out of Parliament in October sitting on the sidelines while better men take their places and burning with impotent anger. They sold out their countrymen for some EU perks and probably some cold hard currency but they lost the bet and now they’ll have to suck it up. Their friends in Brussels will attempt to hurt the British economy but honestly, I don’t think that will work. And let’s not forget that other big loser. Barack Obama told Britain if they left the EU, they would go to the back of the line trade wise. Well he got that exactly backwards. But I guess he expected President Hillary Clinton to exact vicious revenge on British Deplorables too. Funny how many things the Light worker turned out to be wrong about.
So well done you sons of Albion. The freedom loving Brits are still standing on their feet. Let’s hope and pray that we keep up our winning streak too.
Sharyl Attkisson Summarizes Barr’s Interview
In her recent post “William Barr Has Suddenly Become Chatty—and He’s Provided Quite an Information Dump” Sharyl Attkisson summarizes Barr’s recent interviews. It’s very well put together and even has some schedule info on Durham’s investigation (won’t end before Spring or Summer). If you’re interested in what Barr says here is a good summary.
Here’s an Essay That Jibes with How I Think Durham Will Attack This Problem
Professor Charles Lipson wrote an article on Real Clear Politics called “Unraveling the Criminal Web at Comey’s FBI and Beyond.” In it he discusses the way that the FBI conspirators falsified the facts in the Carter Page and other Russiagate fishing expeditions in order to obtain FISA Court warrants and maintain them.
His opening sentence lays out what I also think is how this investigation is being handled:
“The way to unravel a criminal conspiracy is to begin with the weakest links, the ones already doomed by convincing evidence. Knowing they face serious jail time, these “weak links” have powerful reasons to cooperate with law enforcement. Flipping on their fellow conspirators is the best way, perhaps the only way, to lessen their own sentences.”
And then he pinpoints who that weakest link is:
“So, who are the weakest links as Durham’s investigation moves forward? One is surely Kevin Clinesmith, a lawyer in Comey’s FBI who is highlighted in the Horowitz Report (pages 186-190). Sen. Lindsey Graham mentioned those pages in his Tuesday press conference. In them, Horowitz presents evidence that Clinesmith not only altered official documents, he completely changed their meaning. The altered documents painted Carter Page as a foreign spy; the originals said there was no evidence for that. The exculpatory evidence was hidden from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Courts. The lies helped gain a secret warrant to spy on Page.”
The essay ends with some advice for Clinesmith and his associates:
“Clinesmith, for one, has compelling incentives to say who knew what and when. He was apparently caught red-handed changing official documents. His lawyer ought to be seeking ways to lessen the criminal consequences. The only way to do that is to come clean.
Anybody who worked with Clinesmith should be thinking the same thing. It would be good for them and it would be good for the country.”
This fellow Clinesmith sounds like he is in for a world of hurt. Will he flip on his buddies? Gee, I hope so. Man, I hope he gives up Comey.
