23AUG2021 – OCF Update – Henri’s Revenge

I mocked Henri.  I called him lame.

And he stabbed me in the back.

Power and data went out yesterday afternoon and only came back a little while ago.  Actually it was very relaxing to be off the grid.  No one could call or e-mail or anything.  For all I knew the Trump Restoration might have happened while I sat unaware.  Or maybe Dementia Joe had an epiphany and realized that Americans think he’s a pathetic loser and had himself committed to an expensive looney bin with attendants that have very fragrant hair.

But apparently neither of those things happened so I’ve missed nothing important and had a very relaxing break from the weird world.

But here I am back again and I’ll catch up with the latest insanity and mock it soon enough.

We Don’t Have to Outnumber the Left – We Do Have to Refuse to Be Their Slaves

When you hear the daily drumbeat about how “white people” are becoming a minority and therefore doomed, do yourself a favor, relax.  This is an intentional psyop meant to spread despair.  Certainly, the Left is using the invasion of America by the third-world as a way to gain permanent control of the government.  And the anti-white propaganda is meant to spread fear, uncertainty and doubt (FUD) among our side.

But the truth is that there is way over a hundred million people on our side and that is a mighty nation.  What is needed on our side is organization, planning and the will to achieve the goals we plan.  We don’t need to control the whole continental United States.  We need to establish control over an area where we intend to remain.  Maybe it’s a swath of the center and southern area of the country.  But wherever it is, the people there have to decide that, come what may, they’re going to take control over their lives.  They are going to have to tell Washington, “No!”  They will have to have a plan that includes all the things that the feds are not going to be allowed to dictate.  And that plan has to include exactly how they will prevent interference from outside.  This will include many policy strategies but specifically they need to know exactly how they will prevent the feds and their surrogates from flooding the red areas with migrants and Antifa and just plain hostile actors of whatever stripe.  So defending themselves from Washington will be critical but it isn’t the only thing necessary thing.  What the policy developed will consist of are things that will allow the people to thrive.  And our people thriving is something that’s been missing for at least the last fifty years.

To thrive we must establish a government that has our best interests in mind and institutes policies that reinforce those interests.  As an example, the government of Hungary now pays married women with working husbands to stay home and have Hungarian children.  In fact, if a woman has four children, she’ll never pay taxes again for the rest of her life.  Pretty forward thinking I’d say.  We could do the same.

It wouldn’t be hard at all to imagine a whole slate of policies that would make our community the most prosperous, harmonious and fertile population on the planet.  All it will take is the guts to say, “No more.”  It would require the state to say illegal immigrants are not allowed to work here.  With the digital information available today that would be the simplest thing in the world.  It wouldn’t even require military force.  Once someone can’t work what can he do but leave?  Let him go to California or New York.  They want these people, let them have them.  Once again all it takes is the guts to do it.  The government only has to enforce laws that are already on the books to punish employers who allow illegal immigrants from working.  And there is a slew of other policies that would turn around the awful situation you see today.  In a state that was working for us we could have the National Guard round up the Antifa/BLM rioters and hand them over to a prison where they can have the choice of twenty years at hard labor or permanent deportation to the Blue States.  And the elimination of welfare would go a very long way to discouraging freeloaders.  Restoring the Bill of Rights is another must.

So, stop panicking every time the New York Times or MSNBC trumpets the glad tidings that there are more non-white children being born in the United States than white.  What matters more is whether Americans are willing to start guaranteeing their children the life they want here in America.  The population numbers are a fait accompli.  The will to demand what used to be our birthright is the thing that must be thought about.

We need a place where we can be Americans and not feel like that’s a sin.  Let the Guatemalans and the Somalis celebrate their special status in California and Minnesota.  Let’s see if we can have our own thing in Florida and Mississippi and Texas and Kansas and Montana.

What you should really be worried about is that Americans will be too afraid to demand their freedom back.  That is something to fear.  Because then there is no hope and any of us who don’t want to be slaves must flee and become refugees.  That is something to fear.

22AUG2021 – OCF Update – Henri’s a Dud

I probably shouldn’t start making fun of it until after landfall but they downgraded Henri to a tropical storm or maybe even down to a fairly hefty belch and it is moving the trees around and dropping a decent amount of rain.  I’ve upgraded it to Superstorm status since I like things that are super.  The worst of the trouble may come from downed power lines but so far it’s a relatively tame storm.

I said the other day that it was too soon to declare the Afghanistan Withdrawal a full blown horror show that finishes Joe Biden’s credibility as POTUS.  Well we’ve inched a little closer to that stage.  The level of incompetence is pretty impressive both on the military side and the intelligence side.  It looks like the Taliban is giving the Americans the chance to get out but the Biden administration appears extremely inept at marshalling its forces to follow through on a coherent plan.  If this goes on much longer I wouldn’t be surprised if bad things start happening almost on their own.  A power vacuum draws in secondary players who see an opportunity to grab some small prize.  American hostages would seem to be the biggest opportunity.

As for everything else, I’ll put up a few posts on stuff that I’ve been thinking about.

photog Reminisces on New England Hurricanes

New England is a benighted region.  It’s not coincidental that H. P. Lovecraft was from here.  Even though I’m not a native New Englander I have now lived the majority of my life here and so I had the honor to ride the Hurricane Bob Express back in 1991.  Bob was the last hurricane to actually make landfall as a hurricane in New England so it’s remembered fondly.

Back then I was a hot-shot process engineer working for an engineering company that had been purchased by one of the major defense contractors and therefore had plenty of money for plane fare.  We had a processing plant in Cape May NJ that needed an operational audit prior to submitting a proposal to modernize the plant.  You would have thought that a hurricane coming up the east coast was a good enough reason to postpone the trip.  You would have thought wrong.

So, there I was early on the morning of August 19th 1991 sitting on the tarmac of Boston’s Logan Airport with several of my associates waiting to take off for the relatively short trip to southern New Jersey.  Several of the passengers including the fellow sitting next to me on the flight were nervous.  I on the other hand have always felt that since I have virtually zero control over what happens once I sit down in a plane, there’s really no sense in worrying.  So, I was reading a book.

There was a substantial delay on the tarmac while the tower decided whether to cancel the flight.  We could see that the wind and rain were pretty awful outside the plane.  Finally, the decision was made to take off and away we went.  The stewardesses began moving down the aisle taking drink orders when we hit the brunt of the storm.  The sensation was like a mechanical bull.  The plane bucked up and down for several minutes with even a little lateral motion to make it really interesting.  I experienced a giddiness like you get on a roller coaster and actually found myself laughing out loud.  The personal experience of the other passengers definitely varied.  There was a good amount of spirited screaming.  The poor stewardesses got the worst of it.  They were flung out of the aisle onto the passengers.  Their heavy metal cart jumped around but stayed right side up.  The girls eventually beat a hasty retreat to the end of the aisle and stayed there.

But the funniest thing was that the passengers kept hitting their call buzzers.  They wanted their drinks.  Apparently, they needed the booze right away.  Finally, the head stewardess starting screaming over the PA system to order them to stop hitting the buzzers.  It was quite a scene.  I think my neighbor was praying.  He had his head down and his eyes shut.

Twenty minutes later we were back in the sunshine and when we landed shortly after that it was hot and sunny.  The hurricane seemed to have scrubbed everything clean and it was a beautiful day.  We did our work and caught a flight home that night.  Hurricane Bob was long gone but he had left his mark.  There was no power or phones and the bus I was supposed to take wasn’t running.

I ended up taking a subway train to a commuter train to a bus station and took a bus to a stop where I could walk down a road for about two miles to where my car was parked.  By the time I got home Camera Girl had given me up for dead but was willing to break out some food and drink for the conquering hero.  Thus ended my adventure in hurricane bronco busting.  Not exactly Pecos Bill material but highly entertaining.

So now Hurricane Henri is teed up.  Once again, it’s a hurricane with a guy’s name which is sort of disreputable to start with.  And it’s French which adds insult to injury.  It’s going to be a Category One Storm so far.  But the track is going to be dead center on target to where I live which kind of stinks.  But we’ve got a generator, plenty of food and water and an emergency of this sort provides a manly man such as myself with the opportunity to impress his damsel in distress with his prowess at fighting the raw power of nature head on.  Plus, we have pop-corn and a DVD player if things really get dicey.  Well, here’s to survival.  At least I’m not in Kabul.
