Order in the Court

The Supreme Court has been on a tear lately.  But their decision to provide absolute immunity to a president while acting in an official capacity is a bold move.  It has the Left calling for the impeachment of the Justices.  Dementia Joe popped a couple of Adderall and gave a five-minute teleprompter speech to the White House press gang.  And AOC has sworn vengeance against the conservative majority with a threat to bring up impeachment proceedings against them.  Of course, the Democrats don’t have a majority in the House so that motion will never see the light of day.  But she wants everyone to know she’s really, really mad.  And we can tell because she went through one of her TikTok routines where she flipped her hair a bunch of times, jostled her breasts and wagged her head and index finger in opposite direction and said “Don’t go there!” several times.

So, the question is does anyone in the real-world care?  Well, actually no.  How is anyone supposed to take anything in Washington seriously anymore?  Apparently, the leader of the free world has to be led around by a nurse to keep from falling over and breaking a hip.  And whoever writes his teleprompter text is running the country that day.  And when Doctor Jill is resting that’s probably delegated to one of the White House interns named Madison.

But I’ll have to say that I am pleasantly surprised to see how many helpful rulings they’ve put out in the last couple of years.  College Affirmative Action, the Chevron Deference, Roe v. Wade, Freedom of Religion have all been adjudicated in helpful ways.  Granted their record hasn’t been spotless but their batting average is very respectable.  The biggest decision I’m waiting for is an outright ban on Affirmative Action by the federal government.  That would have far-reaching effects and would neutralize much of the harm that the Deep State causes in this country.

But there is one thing that shouldn’t be forgotten.  The Supreme Court conservative majority is a temporary artifact of the Trump presidency and some random occurrences like the death of Ruth Bader Ginsberg.  If the Democrats keep the White House in November, it won’t be long before that majority is reduced or even lost.  Both Alito and Thomas are older and one day will have to be replaced.  For that reason, it’s important to make provisions for living in a post Constitutional order.  When constitutional rights have ceased to exist, planning and protective measures will be needed to prevent life from becoming degraded.

But in the short term it has been refreshing to hear the Left squealing like stuck pigs every time a Supreme Court decision is announced.  I chuckled when AOC went to her go-to term, “fascism” when describing the inevitable result if Donald Trump regains the White House and “absolute immunity” is at his disposal.  Now I sympathize with her.  I believe AOC claims she was almost murdered during the January 6th “insurrection.”  And I’m sure that was rough.  But I think she’s safe from murder.  Maybe not mockery, but murder doesn’t seem likely.  And with his absolute immunity I can imagine Trump mocking her mercilessly.  Fascism!  But funny fascism.

San Fran Nan is not used to answering tough questions from the press. She is used to softballs like: “How do you deal with the stress and isolation of the pandemic?” To which she can reply by showing off a $20,000 refrigerator stuffed with high end ice cream. And the press just oooos like trained seals.
Actually answering questions is beneath her. How dare you!

And yes, any biological male in the military wearing a dress is fired.
Anyone wearing bondage gear or puppy play garb is fired.
IMHO – shut the FBI down. The rot is too deep. Save the crime lab and pink slip everyone else.
Take a page out of Clinton’s book and fire every lawyer in the DOJ. He did it. The press loved it. When the press gets upset at Trump, he just reminds them that they were OK when Bubba did it.

The funniest thing about the debate and all the fallout from it is listening to the talking skulls yammer on about how Trump is showing decline and is unfit, but Joe is capable to continue for “the good of the the country” while trying their best not to believe their lying eyes.
The debate looked like a cross between weekend at Bernie’s, Madame Tussauds’ Wax Museum, and Disney’s Hall of Presidents with a glitch in the soundtrack and this was after a week of preparation for the 1.5 hour farce. Trump was able to keep his mouth shut enough to avoid alienating or distracting the viewers from the spectacle of the emperor’s new clothes. The biggest service they did him was muting his microphone so he was only visual when not answering. This demonstrated the level of connection each candidate possessed to the reality around them. If Trump had been able to blurt out stream of conciseness thought he would have been off-putting to a large portion of the audience, but by keeping him quiet it exposed the depth to which Joe is out of touch with everything around him.

Roasting the Nuts

We have so many crazy people in this country.  And I don’t mean the psychopaths living in homeless encampments.  I’m talking about people like Nancy Pelosi and David Frum.  Here are “leaders.”  Pelosi used to be the Speaker of the House.  Frum writes for the premiere media outlets.  And after witnessing the undeniable exposure of Joe Biden’s massive cognitive failure, both of them spew lies and projection about how the real story is Donald Trump’s cognitive condition.

Pelosi danced and weaved to avoid saying that Joe Biden is incapable of running the country the way a president has to.  Finally, when all else failed she claimed that there were medical doctors who thought that Trump was suffering from dementia based on his debate performance.  Alternatively, I have to say Pelosi was getting so agitated over being asked to answer the question about Biden’s cognitive problems that she was starting to sound a little demented herself.

And these crazy people running our country don’t intend to let go, regardless of whether Biden or Trump “wins” the election.  They just expect to keep calling the shots and running things the way they want. And maybe they will.  I haven’t seen any real proof that Trump will take down the Deep State.  I mean, I’d love to see it happen but what makes him think it will end up any differently from 2017-2021?  I’m guessing that even if he wins, the FBI and the other intelligence agencies will begin undermining his administration from day one.  Will he be firing trainloads of these guys right from the git-go?

I have heard that the Heritage Foundation has a project running that identified talent that Trump can start hiring from the start to fill all the leadership openings in the critical agencies.  But are all these guys just warmed over George W Bush cronies?  Will they be Bill Barr times ten thousand?  Because if so, then it could be even worse than last time.

What he probably should do is hire all the military officers that Barack Obama fired.  A cadre of discipline military men that have old scores to settle might be just the force needed to clean house at the FBI, the Justice Department, the CIA and the rest of these renegade agencies.

And speaking of the military, Trump’s first official executive order should be to fire any biological male in the military wearing a wig and a skirt.  Especially the “Rear Admiral,” “Rachel” Levine.  What this freak show has done to military morale and preparedness cannot be overstated.

So, for me the desperate nature of our situation lies in how entrenched the craziest people are in our society.  Rooting these people out will take all of the time and attention away from trying to accomplish anything positive.  The only ameliorating circumstance is that so many of these nuts are geriatric age.  Nancy Pelosi is eighty-four years old and looks every second of that.  Watching her argue with the reporter about Biden’s dementia I kept thinking she might keel over from the strain.  But no luck.

Much good could be done with the aid of Father Time.  But without a doubt if anything is going to be accomplished to undo some of the harm, we see around us it’s going to take grunt work and spite.  Gosh I wish I were younger.  All I have left at this point is the spite.
