What Will Be Left of the Country After Four Years of Biden?

Right now, Dementia Joe has turned the United States into a dumpster fire.  Unemployment hasn’t recovered from the pandemic, small businesses have been decimated, prices of everything from gasoline to food has gone through the roof, the supermarket shelves are half empty, pre-school kids are being forced to wear masks over their faces, airlines, hospitals and even schools are being affected by hordes of people who don’t want to acquiesce to a vaccine mandate that they think is either useless or dangerous or both.  The southern border is besieged by hordes of third world invaders, the major cities are lawless hellholes where gangs shoot it out without fear of the police, the schools are determined to teach white children that they are evil people because of their skin color and the FBI is calling their parents terrorists for objecting.  And it’s only been nine months.  Who knows what he has planned for the holiday season?

Lots of Republicans are salivating over what they see as the makings of a wave election in 2022 to give them majorities in the House and Senate.  They see this as the reaction they need to begin preparing for taking back the White House in 2024.  And maybe they’re right.  Maybe that’s what will happen.  But what will be left by then?

Joe Biden may throw the Congress to the Republicans in 2022 but he’ll still be doddering around the White House for the next three plus years and the way things are going the damage will be even worse than what his master Barack Obama did in his eight years.  With the FBI and the Justice Department running interference for antifa and BLM the riots we saw in 2020 will increase and go after the people outside of the cities.  The war that Biden is waging against the petroleum industry will drive inflation into realms we haven’t seen since the 1970’s oil embargo.  Everyone except the rich will see their savings and their buying power evaporate and we’ll all be living a lot poorer until Biden is gone.  None of this is going to be easy to live through.  And on top of everything else, those of us trapped behind enemy lines in the blue states will be dealing with this COVID madness apparently forever.  Joe Biden will torture us as long as he can.

So, I’ve painted a bleak picture.  Let me now attempt to say something constructive.  Now is the time to take stock and decide how to weather the storm.  Prioritize on the things that are most important in your life and strip away the waste.  Maybe an expensive cable television package is a luxury that you can do without.  Maybe you don’t need a new car quite as often.  Maybe dining out is a very expensive habit you’ve gotten into.  Maybe the clothes budget and the Amazon.com bill has been getting a little out of hand.  How about the food budget?  Have you been spending a fortune on expensive wines or other non-essential grocery items?  Maybe the kids have been getting used to too many expensive video games and toys.

Some of the things I’ve been thinking about is doing some of my own home repairs.  And I may be one of the most inept carpenters to ever drive a nail.  But when I think of what I’ve paid in the past to repair wood damage I think it’s worth my while to do everything I can do first before calling in professionals.  Even a little plumbing and landscaping are well within my meager skills.  I was even able to step up and do some small engine repair this year.

But just as important as saving some money is sticking together.  You’ll know some people, family and friends that will be even worse off than you.  Families with kids are especially affected by an inflationary economy.  It takes a lot of groceries to feed a bunch of kids.  Helping out however you find to do it will be a godsend to people who are having a hard time making ends meet.  Maybe you can tutor someone’s kid who is having a hard time with algebra or babysit someone’s toddler while mom is going to the stores.  There are a million and one things that people need and now it will be all that plus bad times.  When someone you like needs your help find a way to help.  Who knows, it probably will come back to you some other way.  Many people remember kindness and return the favor.  I know this to be true.

While all this is happening, my greatest hope is that people on the Right will start planning for a way to stop this thing from happening any more.  The Red States have to start taking coordinated actions to free themselves from the control of the federal government.  They have to put together financial, law enforcement and immigration policies of their own that will prevent the damage that a rogue president like Biden can cause.  But in the meantime, we will have to deal with the damage that is coming our way right now.

Tamping Down Optimism on a Friday Afternoon

Why am I feeling so optimistic?  It’s hard to say.  Dementia Joe is still in charge of the US military.  The southern border is still admitting millions of illegal aliens a year.  The Democrats are writing laws to remove the rest of our freedoms.  The cities are now awash with gangsters and sociopaths that rob, assault and kill people at will.  What the hell is there to be optimistic about?

I don’t know.  But I am.  Maybe it’s Ron DeSantis actually taking steps to resist the criminal actions of the Biden administration.  His resistance to the tyrannical COVID mandates and his efforts to prevent the dumping of illegal aliens in Florida are definitely enheartening.  Maybe it’s the acknowledgement by the Left that America is unhappy with the results of the Biden administration; the Afghan debacle, the border mess, the COVID nightmare and the stagflation that it has sparked.  Maybe it’s that Joe Biden is perceived by honest observers as at best, a man in the middle stages of dementia and very likely a puppet for others who are pulling the strings.  Maybe because the world looks beautiful to me today and I am surrounded by people I love and they are all well and relatively happy.  Maybe it’s just my natural ebullience.  But I am.  I’m optimistic.  So, what’s a professional gloom and doomer to do?

I guess I could just fake it and talk about the 2020 election catastrophe and how all hope is lost and “1984” and “A Brave New World” are already here and we should all jump off a cliff and blah, blah, blah.  But that bores me.  I think I am optimistic because our enemies have shown themselves to be vulnerable and despite their structural advantages in almost every institution, they are not convincing the bulk of the non-stupid that they know what they are doing.  And this seems to be giving me hope that if a stout resistance is raised against them actual results, winning results are entirely possible.  And since I see some signs of resistance this has fanned my hope into actual enthusiasm about the future.  I’m anxious to see if we can build on their losses and panic them into something really stupid.  Look at what’s going on in New York City.  The BLM psychos are fighting the COVID nazis over forcing people to have vaccine passports in order to go in restaurants.  So, if black patrons don’t have to show their papers how soon before white people start claiming they are black?  What are the waitresses going to do, demand birth certificates with race listed?  And how about school teachers balking at being vaccinated?  What happens if this triggers equal treatment under the law demonstrations by nurses and bus drivers and well, everybody else?  Just think of the wonderful consequences of the Democrat coalition at each other’s throats.  And how about the fact that illegal aliens are being allowed in with COVID.  Isn’t that a direct violation of the HHS guidelines?  There’s no quarantine, there’s no testing, just people with new variants being unleashed on the unsuspecting public.  Very important information for the public to consider.

So, yeah, disappointing to say, I’m feeling kind of upbeat.  But I promise to do my best to get depressed.  I’ll look at the headlines and realize how screwed up the world is and maybe watch a video with Chuck Todd or Rachel Maddow telling me that I’m on losing side of history.  Maybe I’ll contemplate how degraded my actual constitutional rights currently are.  But for now, life’s good and the Left appears to be back on their heels.  So, bring it!

How Well Does a Bio-Weapon Age?

COVID-19 has been banging around for a couple of years now.  When it first hit the street, it did a number on Europe and North America but less damage in Africa, Asia and South America.  In 2021 the “Delta Variant” began killing off significant numbers of Brazilians and Indians.  And after the vaccination of the entire world the virus is still taking its tithe.

I decided I wanted to take a look at what’s going on to have something to compare to what the Great Half-Wit Liar had to say last night.  First off, he said that the great unwashed who haven’t been vaccinated are the Great Satan.  Apparently, they are filling up the ICU beds that otherwise could be used for the victims of amateur silicone buttocks enhancement mishaps.  But he also wanted to clarify that vaccinations are highly effective.  And that he would make sure that the private sector would be unleashed to punish anyone who didn’t get vaccinated.  And he also said we’d all be wearing masks again.  And, once again, if we do all the things he asks we can go back to our normal lives.

Put all that together and you have a totally incoherent set of claims and requirements.  If vaccines are highly effective why are vaccinated people wearing masks?  And if they’re highly effective why did the Delta Variant cause a spike in cases and deaths?  And if they’re highly effective why are vaccinated people catching and transmitting COVID?

And finally, why should we believe that he’s going to let us go back to our normal lives after he told us that same exact thing six months ago?

So, that’s all part one.  Joe is trying to make this thing happen and the biggest threat is Florida.  If Florida manages to ignore him and return to normal life it will be the biggest thumb in the eye to his presidency since the Kabul Catastrophe.  So, I assume Joe will go after DeSantis hammer and tongs.  Ron, you have my full sympathy and prayers for success.

Part Two:

Assuming that COVID-19 was a bio-weapon that accidentally got out of the lab, what is its future?  Well, so far, it’s doing pretty well.  It kills about ten times as many people as the common flu.  It tends to kill the same people who usually die from the flu.  It just kills them more efficiently.  It is harvesting the very old and the chronically ill.  It overcomes those with less ability to manage the respiratory tract symptoms.  The fact that it kills the old and weak explains to me why it attacks first-world countries harder.  I’m guessing there aren’t as many ninety-year-old Nigerians or Ghanaians.  For that matter the third world probably doesn’t have as many chronically ill people.  They tend to die earlier there.

So, this bio-weapon isn’t an extinction event but it is killing millions of people.  And the first major variant is still lethal in the same way as the original strain.  And as has been noted about corona viruses, the mutant strains are not well protected against by a vaccine for the original strain.  What about the Mu Variant?  Maybe it’s just as virulent and just as hard to protect against as the Delta Variant.  In that case we’ll see another spike in the winter.  And unless the COVID mutations start losing their potency we’ll see this COVID season happening every year and carrying away ten times as many people as the flu virus.

What would that look like?  Well, it might resemble our world back before we had antibiotics.  Back then pneumonia was much more serious situation.  The mortality rate was probably from ten to a hundred times higher than it is today.

Or it might trigger the medical community to make the same effort they did during the AIDS epidemic and find a reliable treatment that allowed most of the old and sick people to survive the onslaught of COVID.  I would assume that is the preferrable route for us to take.  But with Dementia Joe calling the shots maybe it’s too much to ask for.

But the other thing to remember is that these viruses do tend to mutate away from high lethality.  If that occurs then COVID might end up being a flu-like disease and would go back to being a background part of the human epidemiological environment.

Let’s see what November brings.  If the deaths shoot back up to a couple of thousand deaths of Americans a day, then COVID may be a permanent part of our lives.  In which case I’d say don’t bank on living to ninety anymore.  You’d be bucking the odds.

Biden’s Decision to Push Booster Shots Forced Two FDA Leaders to Quit

The Biden administration’s push to start triple vaccinating Americans against COVID has triggered the resignation of the two most senior members of the FDA vaccine review office.

“”Marion Gruber and Phil Krause, two of the Food and Drug Administration’s top vaccine reviewers, are leaving the agency, the regulator confirmed on Tuesday.”

The White House announced plans to begin administering boosters the week of Sept. 20, a debated decision that got ahead of the FDA completing its own review. The Biden administration was criticized for the public announcement, which puts considerable pressure on the regulator to clear boosters in time for the planned rollout despite limited evidence they are broadly needed at this time for healthy adults.”

The fact that the Biden Administration refused to wait for the FDA to approve the additional dose before rolling it out shows us just what “following the science” means to them.  It means we’re their guinea pigs in a mad scientist version of science.

 

 

 

 

 

College Football Fans Perfect the Biden F-Bomb Cheer

Apparently Joe Biden is now being embraced by the college crowd.  Only maybe not as Biden himself might hope.  Across the South the F*** Joe Biden chant is gaining in popularity and volume.  A friend called me up to tell me that a television sports crew apologized for not silencing the crowd’s message in time to keep it off the air.

It’s good to see that our first undead president is connecting with the living the way he does.  They understand his plight.  Having to stay out of direct sunlight and avoiding mirrors and crucifixes is almost a full time job.  Keeping him in their thoughts and on their lips even while attending their local football game is a tribute to our semi-preserved somewhat comatose Commander in Chief.

What would be really great is if the armed forces picked up the same chant at the annual Army-Navy football game that I assume Biden will attend.  I know it would really give him a boost.  Ah, the stuff that dreams are made of.

Biden Agonistes

Sometimes it’s important to stop and smell the roses.

Now that Dementia Joe has found his groove and provides the public with a daily failure or easily recognized lie it’s becoming a very enjoyable daily ritual to go to the top news and see what Joe’s latest coup consists of.

Will it be a new confabulation with himself as hero?  Maybe he cured polio back in the day or invented the solar panel.  Will it be the announcement of some foreign policy failure?  Perhaps Canada will re-align its military with Russia or China.  Or maybe some new embarrassment from Biden’s past will surface.  Possibly him sniffing the hair of a small child or a coma victim.

But whatever it is, I feel so grateful that Joe is the president.  He is uniquely qualified to wake up millions of Americans who until now thought that the Democrat party was a legitimate political organization.  Drawing on his super power of ultra-stupid he can delegitimize almost anything.

In fact, at the rate he’s going, he’s bound to bring the whole concept of representative government into disrepute and bring on a new age of monarchy.  King Donald the First?  I guess it’s possible.

And all this is very surprising.  The last time we saw this kind of public humiliation of a president was when George W Bush was hung out to dry during Hurricane Katrina.  And building on that the press kept the drum beat of failure going right up to the end of his term in office.  Is it intentional on their part?  Or is Joe just so incompetent that there’s no way even a compliant media establishment can paper over his failures?  It’s still sort of an open question.  I think the answer should become clear within the next couple of weeks.  Monday is Labor Day and the end of the summer doldrums.  From thereon in, every news story will be reaching the full audience of readers.  If fresh atrocities from Afghanistan continue to make it to the top of the news page, then Joe will be a spectacular failure in his first year as president.  If somehow the drip of bad news suddenly dries up and instead the heroic Biden meme reappears then we know that his people have made peace with the Deep State and all is forgiven.

Now, that’s not to say that outside events won’t have a lot to do with the narrative.  There are still hundreds of Americans trapped in Afghanistan.  We’ve yet to see any of them declared hostages.  Every day that ISIS-K does not send out a video of an American captive gets Joe Biden one day closer to putting Afghanistan behind him.  After all the public is pretty simple-minded.  Whatever the story of the day is quickly drives out of their minds yesterday’s big news.  Do that enough times and even something as momentous as 9-11-2001 fades into ancient history.  So. unless the media has turned permanently against Dementia Joe good luck can save him.

But good luck isn’t a Joe Biden thing.  Lying, yes.  Corruption, absolutely.  But now that Joey has the highest visibility job on Earth his lies and machinations are becoming harder and harder to hide.  So, I foresee more gaffs, more failures and more disgust on the part of Americans who discover that their president is a transparently corrupt and senile weasel.

Well done, Dementia Joe, well done.

The Fabulous Adventure of Dementia Joe and the Tree of Life

Well, you have to admire a guy that never quits.  If lies A through F don’t work there’s always G, H and I.  Coming up to the Jewish Holidays Joe spins another lie about going to the site of a tragedy that he can use for his narrative.  Problem is even his guys are tired of the out and out fabrications.  Joe claimed he visited the site of an anti-semitic mass murder in Pennsylvania.  But the people there told the truth and said he never showed up there at all.

We all need to stop worrying about truth.  Joe’s fake stories are much more entertaining.  In fact I want more fake.  How about the Adventures of Corn Pop and GI Joe Biden in Fallujah.  All it needs is the right comic book illustrator and it will sell millions.

Biden is the perfect representative for the Democrat party and in fact all of the Left.  He combines in equal measures self-delusion and intentional deception.  One slides seamlessly into the other.  And lately it’s on open display.  The Rout from Kabul is a brilliant military victory.  Sluggish economic growth is a dynamic recovery.  Broken promises on the end of the COVID lockdown is glossed over as “following the science.”

The only thing that’s new is that the media seems to be getting new marching orders.  Maybe they’re getting ready to move Joe out and move Lady Macbeth in.

Disaster Accomplished

I watched Dementia Joe’s latest weasel speech.  Biden’s handlers must have told him that the best way to sell the message that his humiliating rout out of Kabul was a great success was to shout it from the podium as loud as he could.  This speech was long and stupid.  Much of it was the same boilerplate he gave us a few days ago when he told us he wouldn’t leave anyone behind.  Now he’s telling us that the hundreds of Americans trapped behind enemy lines got what they deserved because they were warned.

Joe also told us that the mission went as planned.  He specifically says that there was no way that civilians could have been successfully and completely evacuated before the rout.  And since he is the greatest military strategist since Napoleon, we have to take his word for it.  And he waved the flag for the soldiers killed at the airport and he patted himself on the back for ending the war.  But it mostly sounded like a salesman trying to convince a customer that the broken Timex he had received was exactly as good as the Rolex he had paid for.

I think it’s good that the American people have had a chance to see Joe during a crisis.  It will show them just how he’ll handle any difficult task.  He’ll botch it.  He’ll blame other people.  Then he’ll tell you there was no other way it could have ended.  Disaster accomplished!  Joe is always the hero in all his stories.  He’s the smartest, the bravest and the most honorable.  If you don’t believe him, he’ll tell you again only louder.

I’m trying to guess what the next disaster will be.  I’d say most likely it will be a hostage drama involving ISIS-K and one of the Left Behind Americans in Kabul.  Joe can yell at the top of his lungs that the hostage got what she deserved and that he’ll avenge the death by sending a drone strike from “over the horizon.”  Of course, the drone will probably kill another half dozen Afghani kids and miss the terrorists but once again it will be disaster accomplished.

Three more years of this may be enough even for the stupid suburban white women who voted for Joe.  There are indications that stagflation is taking hold in the economy.  If memory serves me correctly, the last time that word was used was when Jimmy Carter was bumbling his way through the late seventies.  Twenty percent mortgages and 8% unemployment are a powerful combination.  So powerful that even the Karens may rethink their hatred of Donald Trump.

But it’s way too early to say what new catastrophe Joe will step in next.  He still has to clean up the Hurricane Ida debacle and who knows, with his luck cholera will break out and make everybody forget COVID.  Or maybe the price of oil will spike and gasoline will reach ten dollars a gallon.  Now that sounds like something that Joe can really sink his porcelain teeth into.  I wonder who he’ll blame?  Probably Trump for not finishing that darn pipeline.

Biden Abandons Hundreds of American Citizens in Kabul

The fearless woke military commanders Milley and company, after botching their disastrous rout out of Afghanistan have proven themselves utterly useless by running out of Afghanistan leaving hundreds of American citizens to their awful fate at the hands of the Taliban and ISIS.

“The flight also carried the last remaining U.S. troops and the core diplomatic staff of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul.

But there are still several hundred Americans in Afghanistan who were unable to reach the airport, along with thousands of Afghans who assisted the U.S. military during the war effort.

McKenzie said no American civilians were on the last five flights to leave.

“We maintained the ability to bring them in up until immediately before departure, but we were not able to bring any Americans out. That activity ended probably about 12 hours before our exit. …  None of them made it to the airport,” he added.” 

I estimate the chance that we’ll soon be seeing videos of blindfolded Americans begging us to free them from their Islamic captors at 100%.

Mission accomplished Dementia Joe.

Joey Biden Has a Tough Day

I watched Biden’s speech and a little bit of the press conference just because of the gravity of the situation and wondering what he would say.  He started out by saying it was a tough day.  I don’t think anyone will contradict him on that.  But then he went right back into his “withdrawal is hard” schtick.  He wants us to believe that this was the only way that a withdrawal could have been done.  The fact that this is a ludicrous statement doesn’t seem to matter to Biden.  The media doesn’t know how to make all this Donald Trump’s fault so they’re kind of stunned.  It was like one of those George H. W. Bush press conferences where he just kept repeating, “stay the course,” like it was some kind of mantra.  I think at this point there will be some Americans taken hostage by ISIS and the horror of that can only be imagined.

Until to day I wasn’t convinced this would be a downfall event for Biden.  Now I think it will be.  I think the bleeding from this will go on and on.  Something like a thousand al Qaeda fighters have been released from prison and it doesn’t take much imagination to guess how much mayhem and damage they will do.  This operation was botched in a way that almost seems deliberate.  I’m starting to think this was the Deep State’s revenge for pulling the plug on Afghanistan.  How do you not at least make sure that all the civilians who need to get out aren’t already gone when you draw down the troops for the exit maneuver and how do you announce that it will be happening in the middle of the Taliban’s fighting season?  Were these generals that stupid?  Is it even possible?

I’ve agreed for the last five years that we needed to put an end to the Afghan occupation. Once it was clear that we were trying to make the Afghans into something they don’t want to be it was obvious that the only thing propping up their government was our army.   Once the Taliban had the upper hand in Pakistan it was only a matter of time before they did the same in Afghanistan.  But to retreat as we did it is like some kind of disaster movie plot.  It’s as if a junior officer with no practical experience in war was put in charge of a battle against a hardened enemy.  Actions are taking place out of order and opportunities are lost and chaos ensues.  At this point I wouldn’t be surprised if something really horrible happens as the last troops fly out.  It’s just too much like amateur hour.

To be honest it’s too grim to take any pleasure in Biden’s misfortune because it’s the military that’s doing the bleeding.  But I think if any good comes out of this fiasco it’s that no Congress is going to sign off on this President sending troops anywhere.  And I guess the other silver lining is that the CIA and NSA may decide that instead of pursuing red state Americans as domestic terrorists maybe they should shift their attention to keeping ISIS out of the US at the borders.  After all, if those guys walk in the way everybody else does, they might take it into their heads to come to Washington DC and then Joey boy and the Capitol Police might find out what terrorists really look like.
