San Fran Nan is not used to answering tough questions from the press. She is used to softballs like: “How do you deal with the stress and isolation of the pandemic?” To which she can reply by showing off a $20,000 refrigerator stuffed with high end ice cream. And the press just oooos like trained seals.
Actually answering questions is beneath her. How dare you!

And yes, any biological male in the military wearing a dress is fired.
Anyone wearing bondage gear or puppy play garb is fired.
IMHO – shut the FBI down. The rot is too deep. Save the crime lab and pink slip everyone else.
Take a page out of Clinton’s book and fire every lawyer in the DOJ. He did it. The press loved it. When the press gets upset at Trump, he just reminds them that they were OK when Bubba did it.

Buggery in High Places

I was busy today with a family gathering.  Good food, good company and good news all around.  A long day and no time for writing for the site until now.

So I look around at the news sites and see this:

The story is just as bad as the headline.  This guy works for a Democrat Senator from Maryland and apparently he’s another one of Joe Biden’s LGBTQ diversity hires.

Well, I guess the sacred Capitol building that the J6 protestors “defiled” has been literally defiled by Democrat staffer Aidan Maese-Czeropski and whoever he filmed buggering him.

And it’s fitting.  Apparently that is the highest and best use that the Left has found for the federal government.  It’s their private social club and they indulge whatever proclivities they enjoy whenever they want to.  And now they even film it just so their friends can laugh at the joke too.  But I guess this guy has some enemies and they passed it along to a reporter.

So I guess I could ask, will the Capitol Police arrest Mr. Maese-Czeropski and charge him with something?  Or is two men buggering each other in the Capitol already too close to the main purpose of that building?

After all, they’ve been buggering the country for generations now without any repercussions.  Why should a little more of it matter.  And at least in this case the buggering was consensual.  In the case of the country it’s not.

There’s something truly iconic about this scandal.  This is the revelation of what is truly the state of our federal government.  Washington is a cesspool filled with deviants who no longer even pretend to be anything else.  Utilizing the government to pay for and justify their behavior is no longer a secret.  It’s a bold display.  They make up rules that we have to abide by but they can pretty much do as they please.

Well, as long as the Democrats keep themselves in office I don’t think this guy has to worry about jail time or even a fine.  More likely he’ll sue the publication that published his sex tape and got him fired.  After all gay sex tapes are the only reason that privacy even exists as a concept in the United States.  Everyone else is at the mercy of the tech companies but if you’re buggering some guy in a US government building it’s a protected act.  Imagine that.

Supposedly they fired this guy, or forced him to resign.  But does anyone believe that he will be unable to find his next spot in the bureaucracy?  I’m guessing his next gig will be with EEOC or some other federal agency tasked with keeping people like him employed.  Or maybe he’ll end up in the State Department where he can raise the rainbow flag over some embassy or other.  That way next time he can get buggered on the Eiffel Tower or in the Coliseum or by Big Ben.  But I don’t recommend he try it near the pyramids.  The locals don’t appreciate it.  It might end up poorly.

If Trump Wins in November, Then What?

Let’s suppose that the economy continues to unravel and the misery index spikes.  Now maybe the masterminds, among the powers that be, decide that letting Trump clean up the mess would actually be smarter than owning it.  So, they unfortify democracy temporarily in Philadelphia and Detroit and, miracle of miracles, Trump wins.

Then what?

Of course, for a few months the dirt people will be dancing in the streets.  The mockery of Biden and all of the Democrats will be unrelenting.  And all kinds of brave talk will be heard about “draining the swamp” and “cleaning out the FBI.”

And then what?

Truth be told, maybe a whole lot of nothing.  Trump has said he intends to fire all of the disloyal FBI and Justice Department officials who wrecked his presidency.  In order to do any of that he will need a filibuster-proof senate majority.  And even then, the lower courts will fight him tooth and nail and we would probably see nefarious action by the intelligence agencies and the Justice Department to attack Trump’s lieutenants and even himself.

And even if he has the Congress to pass these measures, he will be juggling restoring the country to solvency along with this delousing program.  And because fixing the economy is a very difficult job, he has to get all this done in two years.  If he doesn’t, he’ll surely lose the Congress in the mid-terms.  And nothing of note will happen after that.  So, if Trump is elected, he must hit the ground running and do all of his hatchet work right from day one.

As daunting as that sounds it’s also kind of bracing.  To me it sounds like he has no choice but to go to the nuclear option from the git go.  It would be like a right-wing New Deal or Great Society sized effort.  And since this is a one-shot deal, they could do things that haven’t been contemplated in decades.  They could cancel all kinds of defense appropriations for useless weapons systems and literally and not figuratively close down whole agencies.  How many times have we heard about closing down the Education Department or the FBI and absolutely nothing has come of it.  But if the will were there then it could be done for a short window of time.  And for Trump eliminating the FBI and firing most of the Justice Department is almost a case of self-defense.  Because if they’re still in charge when he finishes his term, they will imprison him for the rest of his life and go after everyone in his sphere of friends.

You notice that all of this is built on a pile of ifs.  The biggest one is that the people running the country decide that it’s time for the Republicans to clean up the Democrats’ mess.  And it also assumes a Republican Congress wouldn’t just stab Trump in the back again as soon as he was in the White House.  Based on past performance that is the likeliest case.  But who knows?  Mitch McConnell might drop dead and if the economy continues to go south there might come a point where even the degenerates who inhabit congress might be willing to play ball with Trump just to save their own hides from the mob.  After all, we’re getting closer and closer to French Revolution territory every single day that Joe Biden drives this country off a cliff.  If the timing is just right, we might see something real happen in November.

Or maybe we’ll see nothing at all.

All You Zombies

Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, John Fetterman, The Clintons.  The list goes on and on.  Where do these people come from?  They’re all the weirdest individuals imaginable outside of the Arkham Lunatic Asylum.  And yet they’re accepted and elected to high office by tens of millions of American voters.  This alone is an indictment of our society.  Only corruption so ingrained and pervasive as to be virtually the dominant force in our politics could explain Joe Biden and Kamala Harris being the President and Vice President of the United States.

Listen to Nancy Pelosi just once and you’re sure that she’s an inebriated dolt.  Try to follow an answer that Harris gives to a direct question.  It’s like some kind of scene from a Seinfeld episode where George Costanza is pretending to be an architect or a marine biologist.  She’s a complete moron.  Buttigieg is only nominally less stupid.  Now we have an actual stroke victim pretending he’s capable of representing his state in the Senate.  I guess compared to these characters the bald guy wearing the wig, dress and admiral’s hat is the normal one.

And finally, the pinnacle of our dysfunctional government menagerie, Joe Biden.  His advancing dementia is actually his least offensive characteristic.  He’s a congenital liar.  He lies continuously and so outrageously that there’s no way for him to hide it.  He lies to make himself look better.  He lies to hide the incompetence of himself and his administration.  He lies to further his personal gain.  He lies to fool the American people about the terrible policies he wants to adopt.  And sometimes I think he lies just to stay in practice.

Based on the things we’ve learned about him from his own family he’s a frightening deviant who showered with his teenaged daughter.  He’s very credibly accused of having sexually assaulted a woman on his Senatorial staff in broad daylight.  He sidles up to women and girls and sniffs their hair and fondles their shoulders even while being televised.  And he’s the father and business partner of Hunter Biden, a crack-smoking bagman who has managed to make his father look slightly less insane by comparison.  And this is the President of the United States of America.

So how the hell do we get rid of these people?

There is no answer to this question.  Because there is no simple solution.  The federal government is a Frankenstein’s Monster that has been created by well meaning people to solve problems like World War II and the Great Depression but instead is now uncontrollable and a menace to those it’s supposed to serve.  The FBI, the other intelligence agencies and several other key agencies have been given carte blanche by such laws as the Patriot Act and the FISA court to control Americans at any level they choose to.  Combine that with the data collection resources they’ve amassed and we have something even Stalin would have thought beyond the pale.  So how exactly do you rein in this monster?  It would take the concerted effort of the President and Congress along with the armed forces to dismantle our Deep State.

And don’t get me wrong.  It’s worth doing.  It’s the only way we could wrestle back our country.  But who’s got that kind of power?  We’d need a cadre of supermen to make it happen.  Instead, we’ve got Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy.  So as much as I’d like to imagine us draining the swamp, I realize that it would involve first uniting the country in a way that hasn’t happened since World War II.  We’d need a supermajority in the Senate and House and we’d need a President who was personally unafraid to take on people who probably aren’t afraid to use assassination as a problem-solving technique.

But I’m game to see it done.  I just think it’s important not to kid ourselves.  Winning an off-year election or even winning the Congress and Presidency is far from sufficient to make this happen.  Mitch McConnell is bought and sold.  Half of the Congress is too.  We’re so far from seeing anything happen that it’s hard to even imagine how it would.  But let’s see it play out.  If nothing else it’s fodder for a book.  It’s like watching Rome in the time of Julius Caesar or possibly Caligula.  The bad guys control so much of the playing field that it’s hard to even find the good guys.  But let’s watch it unwind.  At least we can watch the freak show go by.  That’s good for a few laughs.

Being Managed by the Managerial State

One of the hallmarks of the current system we live under is that it is assumed that people cannot manage their own lives anymore without the guidance (control) of experts in government and industry.  The computerized systems we must negotiate to satisfy the requirements of daily life are arcane to the point of impenetrability.  And they’re constantly patched and endlessly updated.  At every turn we need to employ the “help” of experts and agents of the government and quasi-official agencies or just corporate customer service.  Some of these in the corporate ranks are, to be fair, quite good.  You might buy a phone or a service contract from a vendor and they might do excellent work providing customer service for their products or services.

But for every good example there are a dozen where customer service is provided by someone in Mumbai with English language skills that would test the patience of Job.  And sometimes the results of consulting these representatives are worse than useless.  Rather than alleviate some initial problem they sink you deeper in a morass of problems.  And going through these sometimes hours-long ordeals saps your energy and raises your stress levels through the roof.

And this is just trying to get the service on a device working.  Imagine what it’s like when the IRS gets its claws into you.  Then we’re talking about terror.  And taking it all the way to infinity, imagine dealing with the FBI when they take a battering ram to your front door at 3 a.m. prior to dragging you off to the gulag.  I guess you could describe the whole system as assault by expert.  We are no longer allowed to live our lives in a simple reasonable way.  We have each become just a cog in the machine.  And every cog must be cut into the precise size and shape needed to conform to the requirements of the machine.

It might be bearable if it wasn’t apparent that the stress, embarrassment and pain inflicted in the machining of the cogs is obviously a feature of the process and not a bug.  Just as in the Soviet system, control is maintained through fear and confusion.  Orwell described this system in his novel “1984” and Solzhenitsyn confirmed its reality and provided details in his memoir “Gulag Archipelago.”

So, what’s my point?  Well, just this.  Winning elections is not going to gain back the country we had.  Whoever is president is going to have to demolish the Deep State.  And that means eliminating thousands and thousands of bureaucrats whose jobs are meant to bludgeon us into submission, literally cause death by a thousand paper cuts.

I’ve read that eliminating those bureaucrats can’t be done.  That all those bureaucrats’ jobs are protected by federal law.  To that I say, “So what?”  Surely the President can transfer all of these torturers into completely harmless parts of their departments.  If need be, he can create sections where the offending individuals can be employed stuffing envelopes with letters that won’t be mailed.  He can keep them doing that until they’re forced into retirement by extreme old age.

But by whatever means he comes up with to do it, that’s what must be done.  All those FBI agents who currently spend their days enticing disgruntled Americans into joining phony militias with phony insurrections can be reassigned to a division where all their time is spent ticketing double parked limousines outside the State Department.  All of the IRS agents can be repurposed as latrine inspectors for the National Parks Service.  All of the bureaucrats currently hassling utilities companies about the carbon dioxide emissions of their combustion plants can be safely transferred to Denali National Park in Alaska where they can monitor the temperature of the grizzly bears with a rectal thermometer.  Or they can try to at least once.

All kidding aside.  Whoever wants to save this country will have to dismantle wide swaths of the managerial state just to start regaining control of the federal government.  There’s no other way.  Think about that Mr. Trump and anyone else who thinks he wants the job.  And then think about how you can get it done.

Is Something Real Starting to Happen?

I read a lot of people who say things aren’t going to get better anytime soon.  The Dissident Right and Neo-Reactionary guys like Curtis Yarvin all paint a very bleak picture.  They’ll tell you that the managerial elite or the Deep State or the Cathedral or whatever label they prefer for the oligarchs who control America, that they aren’t going to let us vote our way out of this.

And these same doomsayers don’t hold out much hope of any other method for fixing things.  They’ll laugh at talk of a cold or hot civil war changing things.  They might as well be telling us all to drop dead.

But maybe they’re wrong.  Maybe the Masters of the Universe aren’t all that tough.  Just this week one of the January 6th prisoners and even the poor dopes who got roped into that ridiculous FBI sting to “kidnap” the Michigan governor; both of these victim groups were acquitted by a court of the trumped-up charges they were accused of.

And in the last week or two, states have begun to push back against the transgender lunacy that Washington and the local teachers have been pushing on small children.  And municipal and school board elections in places like Minnesota and Wisconsin have been going to Republicans for the first time in decades.

And these things are happening because the people in these states are fed up.  Politicians are reacting to people reaching their limit of insane conditions.  Maybe the Left has finally boiled the frog too fast.  Maybe a critical mass of Americans is ready to say NO!

I always get fretful when hope starts to appear on the horizon.  We’ve been disappointed so many times before.  I’m even dreading to post this article.  My readership may rise up and demand my cancellation for the mortal sin of unwarranted optimism.  And I wouldn’t blame them.  Having our hopes dashed yet again is crueler in some ways than having no hope at all.

And yet, there seems to be some measurable forward progress being made.  Large swaths of Americans are waking up to just how unhinged the Left’s agenda is.  They’re seeing the results on American life of things like:

  • Defund the police
  • CRT in the schools and at work
  • $5/gallon gas to save the planet
  • firing people who won’t take an unsafe vaccine that doesn’t work
  • Letting some protestors burn down businesses with impunity because of their politics
  • Jailing other protestors just because of their politics
  • Government discriminating against people because of their race
  • Allowing teachers and doctors to overrule parents and mutilate children in the name of trans rights

Maybe the madness has gone so far that the reaction will finally sweep all of this away.  Luckily for me we don’t have to guess forever.  It should be relatively easy to know if things are changing.  Real change will be unmistakable.  In the past when fake change happened the pattern was clear.  Voters would throw out the Democrats and the Republicans would immediately become the Democrats.  They’d spend all their time cutting deals with the Democrats to keep the same old con games going.  If something new is happening we can expect to see all the RINO’s primaried this year and replaced with Trump picks.  We should see Joe Biden impeached next year.  And in the rollup to 2024 we would expect to hear a platform that directly addresses all of the bullet points I listed above.

As I say we’ll know soon enough.  The first hints were the governor’s race in Virginia and the laws against CRT and trans-madness.  Soon we should see echoes of these in the 2022 election campaigns and the primary results.  Sorry if I’ve raised hopes that could be painfully dashed but there does seem to be something happening here.  Keep your eyes open and you might see something new.

Firing the Deep State

After reading about the color revolution in the Ukraine back in 2014 I am now convinced that unless a United States president puts a maximal effort into defanging the intelligence agencies and the Justice Department, we will never get our country back.  These federal agencies have unfettered power to pretty much do whatever they want around the world and in the United States.  Reading the techniques used in the Ukraine; the street riots, the use of martyrs; I can see the George Floyd riots for exactly what they were.  2020 was our color revolution.  BLM and Antifa were the shock troops that goaded on the violence and chaos.  George Floyd was the martyr to the cause of social justice.  And the Justice Department and the FBI made sure no one interfered.  The flip side of this was January 6th.  Here was the FBI entrapping normal people who thought the BLM “protestors” proved that protesting and occupying government buildings was legitimate.

We now live in a country run by the Deep State.  And if they don’t approve of a president then they ignore his orders and cancel him out with phony investigations and worse.  In order to eliminate the Deep State a president will need to have the cooperation of the Congress and the Supreme Court.  He will have to have signed legislation that authorizes him to dismiss any bureaucrat that he deems stands in defiance of the presidency and he’ll need the Supreme Court to over rule the inevitable lower court rulings and injunctions when the president attempts to use this legislation to drain the swamp.  The real test of all this will be if the FBI and the NSA attempts to defy authority and refuse to vacate the premises.  At that point it would be necessary to call in the military to force obedience.

And then the question has to be asked, is this even possible?  The bureaucrats have successfully stiff armed one president who intended to run things his own way.  They wasted half his term in office with phony investigations and completely ignored most of his orders to change their behavior.  Would a more government savvy man with a cadre of seasoned managers be able to push back and effectively clean house in these powerful government satrapies.  Could Donald Trump succeed where he previously failed?  Could Ron DeSantis, do it?  Could anyone?

I admit that I just don’t know.  But I will say that if it isn’t attempted then any hope of restoring republican government to this country is doomed to failure.  Leaving the people in charge who allowed the BLM riots and set up the January 6th victims for prosecution is tantamount to admitting that equal protection under the law is a laughable absurdity.  Allowing those who set up the Russia-gate fraud to escape serious prosecution proves that President of the United States is not running the US federal government.  It’s run by a cabal of bureaucrats who run the FBI, the Justice Department, the CIA, the NSA, the DHS and the rest of the alphabet agencies that spy on us and make sure we can’t interfere with how they run their global empire.

I would like to believe that we can win back this country.  But as I’ve repeatedly said before, it’s going to take an incredibly smart and a remarkably brave man to do it.  Let’s hope God provides a man like that for us.

Practically Speaking, How Would a President Dismantle the FBI?

After what we’ve seen happening over the last two decades in the intelligence agencies there’s no doubt in my mind that they need to be fundamentally altered.  And I don’t think the word dismantle is an exaggeration of what needs to be done.  It could be argued that there are functions that the FBI is uniquely suited to perform that need to be done.  But I look at those functions as the exceptions.

I imagine that someone tasked with this dismantling would form a new “group within the bureau and reassign all the personnel and infrastructure critical for these useful functions to this new group.  Once that is done, he could begin dismantling the rest of the agency without too much fear of meaningful disruption.

Fire all of the top echelon of management.  Assign trusted personnel to take over and begin removing any functionality that has been abused in the past.  Using internal rules block the access to FISA courts from anyone who isn’t appointed by the new management.  Begin surveilling the use of federal resources by the FBI personnel to find anyone who is running counter-intelligence operations against the new management and the President.  And continue to prune back the agency from the top down.

Look for hidden caches of information on powerful people and figure out what this has been used in the past to blackmail them into doing.  Figure out how this information is best disposed of.  In some cases, where real crime has occurred, exposing the information may make sense.  In other cases, confronting the victim and forcing changes in the status quo may be possible.

And once power has been wrested from the FBI and other intelligence agencies then the laws that have allowed them to terrorize this nation need to be changed to prevent these abuses from recurring.  The obvious one is the Patriot Act.  The Supreme Court knows it is unconstitutional but during the supposed “War on Terror” it allowed the law to stand in order to allow unrestrained pursuit of Islamic terrorists hiding in the United States.  I think we’ve learned that the law was meant to be used against all of us.

And other laws need to be changed.  The definition of civil rights needs to be rationally defined to prevent the kind of outrageous overreach that was on display in the federal government’s interference in the Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown cases.  And we can’t allow actual domestic terrorists like Antifa and BLM and their confederates in the blue city governments to perpetrate outrages like the George Floyd riots against American citizens.

And who would be the right person for a Republican president to appoint Attorney General?  I’m guessing it will require someone who has worked for the Justice Department.  Maybe someone like Rudy Giuliani.  He’s getting kind of old but he still might be the right guy.  But whoever it is he can’t be like William Barr who just tiptoes around the edges of the FBI and lets the swamp creatures run the show.  It has to be someone who is willing to perform radical surgery with a chain saw.  Because that is exactly what is needed.

So, will this ever happen?  If we ever want to get our country back it’s a necessity.  But it’s going to take brains and guts.  Where will we find those?

WSJ Article Lambasts the FBI and Calls for Their Abolition

One of the top journalists at the Wall Street Journal, Holman W. Jenkins, Jr., says the FBI should be shut down.  Yeah, well, who doesn’t know that?  The question is who could get it done?  He covers the bases pretty well but at this point who doesn’t know all of this?  And who is going to drain the swamp?  It’s been tried and the FBI came out on top.  Read it if you want to feel depressed.

Curtis Yarvin Muses on the Lessons of Afghanistan, But Not the Way You Think

Yarvin isn’t thinking about the strategy that brought us to Afghanistan and kept us there for twenty years.  He’s thinking of what it means to have a Deep State that would prefer to stay there forever because they want to endlessly expand their influence and scope to include the whole world.  Yarvin’s take on what could be done about this boils down to the American people providing the President and his party with a mandate to take a wrecking ball to the executive branch and reconstitute it at a much, much smaller scope.

And who disagrees with that on our side?  But how exactly do we get a majority of honest men in the Congress?  It seems impossible.  I think the only way it happens is if a President declares a state of emergency and using extralegal action fires the whole executive branch and uses the military to keep the government functioning while he rebuilt the government on a sane basis.

It’s nice to talk about draining the swamp but to do it would require an army and a general without fear.  Mr. Yarvin needs to provide the plan for how to do something that we all agree needs to be done.
